I disagree. Striker Vacuum is not only locked behind a certain skill level, it's also map specific. It shines in maps where your team has an elevation advanatage over your opponents. In maps where the terrain is level, its quite hard to make good use of this augment. This in my opinion is a perfect example of how a strong yet balanced augment should be; excellent when the conditions are right, and decent elsewhere.

Vacuum has a high skill ceiling though. Meaning if you're not skilled enough with it, you're gonna miss about 60-70% of your shots. I don't claim to be good at the game, but more often than not I find myself more inclined towards Faust. Unless It's Iran of course, then I just camp on roof tops and spam vacuum lol .

As title implies, I suggest Tanki implements a way for players to try out augments offered as event rewards to allow participants to make an informed decision instead of going in blindly or rely on YT videos. For instance, I chose Vacuum striker from this Build and fight event, but it didn't turn out as I expected it to be. And there was now way for me to know that as I never got to use it before - the augment wasnt even on the test server-. Many games allow their players to get a taste of they are getting and I think Tanki should take a page of their book in this regard.

Wow! I didn't get nearly as much despite playing from 2015.

Jumper's videos made it look like Vacuum missiles is easy to use. But man let me tell you, it's incredibly inconsistent if you don't know what you're doing -like myself-. Most of the time I keep landing direct shots caust I just can't gauge when to detonate the missile mid air. And the window for detonation is quite small too, it's basically hit or miss. If you're not confident in your abilites, I stronly advise you to pick an easier augment to use.

I straight up skipped this mission. I have other things to do in life other than getting sweaty over gold boxes.

Today's mission is stupid though. Im not gonna spend the next 3 hours trying to catch 2 gold boxes

Vacuum is definitely getting nerfed. They won't nerf Hyperspeed Thunder though as it's already a niche augment. Faust albeit powerful is not that crazy OP (I have it). Other exotic striker augments easily outperform Faust.

Man this event sucks so bad lmao. I shoulda read through the event page more carefully. I didn't realize power ups were available for tankoins and now Im getting stomped. Well It's my fault for not reading carefully but what a scam dude. They want you to spend about 100 TKs EVERY MATCH on top of the already steep 700 TKs. Crazy
