Thunder is more for backing up midfielders. It's not a true defence weapon either. In some occasions you can slam right in the enemy base and deal splash damage at maximum damage but you're better off keeping some distance with Thunder due to self damage... and those horrible Isida's. Smoky deals consistent damage at close range without splash damage and high knockback, It goes great when attacking. I have both at M4 and Smoky is the clear winner when attacking. You rely on knockback more than you think.

Why is it that mouse controls for Shaft in scope mode only work acceptable in the Standalone Flash Player? I tried this on multilple PC's and they all have the same outcome.

Thank you for your suggestions but Chrome doesn't work as smooth as Firefox while framerates are the same. Loading speeds are the same across all browsers depending on (flash)cache stored, The Standalone Flashplayer and client based version are faster. I have the standalone Flash player for mouse controls as a Shaft but the errors also happen there, and I need to set a server manually. I would like to see the client improved by supporting full support for mouse controls in scope mode for Shaft without lag. And to get these friend request errors fixed. So I do use alternative ways to play Tanki but this is about the client.

I do use Firefox, but the loading times in the client are so much better here.

When will these friend request errors get fixed? I'm getting them all the time in the client, it's like a fatal error but worse; the re-enter function doesn't work.

I think it's more the mentality of the players who prefer joining a winning team. Apart from Silence, the maps are fine. I join small battles most of the time to avoid these massive differences between both teams.

The version trough Puffin shows how outdated Flash Player is. Unplayable... but the garage and lobby chat do the job if you're desperate to check in while on the go. I remember they had a sale on one specific turret for only one hour; and bought it trough Puffin at school.

I'd like to see Silence I and II back. The fact that they added space mode in all maps doesn't make me think it's hard to transfer them back in the game.

Ahh it's fine, I don't play on a regular basis anymore but it still is the game to play between classes or when you want to take a break from homework. There are updates I like and updates I don't like but overall it's a really cool game with a nice community.

Suddenly you get a phone call by microsoft tech support! And this kind Indian guy tells me my computah has been sending them all sorts of information that I have viruses and that they need to be removed right now! Kind of weird that he couldnt supply me with my Microsoft credentials or what my IP adress would be but fair enough, he is from Microsoft so what could go wrong? I get the request to start up my laptop and eventually let his colleague take over my laptop.. Ok.. That's a weird way to get rid of the viruses that have been plaging my laptop.. So I keep inquiring why I haven't been sent an E-mail about this issue. They should have my adress that is connected to my microsoft account. Right?.. Tell me the name of your computah... I said ''Hank (or Henk in Dutch)''... '' TELL ME THE NAME OF YOUR COMPUTAH! '' So I yelled back: ''HANK!'' '' YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND (...) I NEED NAME OF YOUR COMPUTAH!! '' Third time: ''HANK!!'' And then I decided to tell him I work in IT. Lol.... all hell started to break loose. I suddenly get told off that I'm a fool and all sorts of other things that I couldn't quite make up because the guy yelled so loud to the point of distortion. He kept on swearing some other stuff in Indian and I heared some dogs barking. I also made up a female voice shouting at this guy and then they started to have a fight; and heh... I caused it!

I totally left the missions and started to play PRO battles only and pay PRO battle passes from the crystals I gain in it. The daily missions are just part of that constant buying cycle which makes me think that regular battles are more expensive than PRO battles. I hate supplies, it's a stupid feature but like mentioned earlier it's too late to remove or do drastic changes to them in the game since the whole economy is based around supplies in the game. Luckely PRO battle passes can (still) be obtained by everyone via crystals. I just hope they won't make it a feature for premium accounts only because it sure looks like they're going to boost premium account features in the future. Nice topic by the way, this'll be a real eye-opener for some people.
