i dunno about a name suggestion it would be easier to name it later when it is more complete since im sure youre thinking of lots of things to add. i have a question is the map floating or will thier be like dirt walls around it?, i like floating. maybe something with fortress in the name? as the high points remind me of a fort, iknow thier fortknox but fortress towers might be good.

i like it. middle is open and the top of the ramps is great for sniping across it. i wonder how hard it will be to get back across with the flag? other than sniping is there any use for the high ground? maybe a spawn point for tanks? other than some scenery i think its a win. suggestion maybe a bridge ramp to get from the middle of field to the high part of base and? the map just might need another route of attack just my opinion dunno if its good "i just like silence too much i guess"

@ superkid33 i know you're design is a draft but could it be more streamline? im have no artistic ability to make a design model so i'm leaving that to you in the community. I might want to make a poll for the name although i dont know if i can edit one into this topic or if mods would allow for a seperate topic for that oppressor/emporer/tyrant are all good to me.

i only mean like a half destroyed wall like in front of the flag just enough to keep the forward of the flag protected but may be it would be crazier if railgun could hit you right before you try to capture flag right from the base. but slight hills would be fine too. it just a flat field would be weird i guess since tanks usually fight in open spaces that are usually slightly hilled.

so basically this should be equipement like a mine not really a drug i would think. it would be more effective if it was like emp mine and when enemy gets too close blast they continue moving or rotating their tank/turret in the same direction as last keys pushed fora few seconds very minimal but if placed correctly you could cause havoc but only be able to place one on field per person and not be near flag. i like oil idea to but oil is a difficult unless its jet black and burnt instead of yellow and new.

i would play on it but with the flora i would think we need a few obsticles to losesly make a base like very low destroyed wall or somethin but even if it were just trees and bushes and hills with blast holes or destroyed tank bodies i would still play it because it would be very fast paced for long range weapons but short and medium range might want just enough obsticles too at least get middel of field to have a chance. overall i though i like the idea.

@ skitee that is what i thought about this whole time is if they are planning tier 3 tanks they need a dicator 2.0 but i didnt't want to suggest the same stats to them for this tank if the were planning a different dictator 2.0 for the 2.0 release already im sure it would annoy the russians if it was already posted idea in the russian forums "which i don't read no offense" . when seemefly is done with his design the name, stats and fuction can be mostly agreed on by then before i figureout who i would need to send this idea to so they can read the topic im sure it will be russian though :lol: maybe some admins can tell me if this is still a worthy idea to bother them withim sure they already have alot.

the new stats where formulated using the viking as a base so i dont know about increasing the speed as the formula can be applied to make next hornet & mammoth version. however if the russians plan on the next tier of tanks being as much an upgrade in stats department as in tier 2 tanks was to tier one then the orginal stats might be needed. im just basing my stats at what they might would do if the accepted a new tank as i haven't seen anything in the 2.0 blog about new tank chassis but i did see the new model for railgun its awesome.

maybe you should build the rank for the "rail gun 2.0" requirements from thunder as its the highest currently. also sum of you're stats seem wierd like the rotation and reload speed going up then back down. just start the the stats lower at m-0 or only go down once like the twins. and the damage wouldn't need go up crazily if reload time is shorter and it would need go up if its ohko. also the price is crazy even for marshals also what does it do besides the railguns current infinite range ability it dosent need 2 many abilities. besides isnt shaft railgun 2.0?

Well my understanding of shaft is it will be a combination of rail guns range with thunders splash damage with penetration effect, i may be wrong on the range though but when is released it will solve those issues of reloading for those campers using those guns probably. so no need for this drug perhaps as they can just upgrade to shaft besides i dont wanna know what rapid fire would be like with shaft to the team im on in the battle field i see pwnage of magitude porportions :twisted: and i dont even know shafts stats yet :shock:

:?: I was under the impression all crystals bought with the double crystal card that was used to purchase chassis/turrets would be refunded. ex 1850 = 3700 to buy rail m-3 would be refunded. but all cyrstals not used would disapear so which is it? so we can know what we may be able to buy in 2.0 eventhough prices are probably gonna change :x

perhaps have very few destructible terrain like a hole that can be made into wall that leads to tunnel so you can pop out near not at enemy base. a few spots in walls that make opponent move around more instead of direct to base unless shot you would just need to determine choke points for this easier if designed only on new maps. i agree with koolwalky no need to blow up ramps and bridges unfair even if they respawn but walls and secret passages might be good idea but isida's healing the choke points with thier nanobots¿ they will only do it if points or exp is involved but not totally bad idea just a really deep thought process really deep.

lol no it wont hover over peoples weapon arch that would be unfair just be slightly off the ground. hmm i like the idead of hovering over obsticales but with this there will to be limits no hovering on top of houses where no one can hit you railgunners would with this tank wouldnt be able to be hit then. Ill see about formulating another hp turn ratio speed stats for this tank as if it will be able to hover over small or medium obsticals it will need to be aggresive tank not lead way for tier 3 tanks but between hornet/viking/mammoth it may take a while for balancing consideringif this isits power. dont need dukes of hazard on places like silience.

hmm perhaps having diferent powers for each turret i.e rail gun lower reload time but not much, thunder maybe slight increase in damage per distance, isdia,freeze,firebird slight increase in range smokey slight range increase ricochet more bounces before blow up? but to be fair each would need a lot of balance in coherts with the others ppowers up as not to just be superoverowered like this drug cant be used with double damage at same time or something just thoughts.

:mrgreen: looks like someone has been playing in those long drawn out silence matches to where only a few flags even get captured at all. the barrel idea just like mines except you could move them and they would be free.how about wall mines that blast a laser across and kill all in the way. that wouuld stop those ramp jumpes of fortknox ii from getting the flag :twisted: no one take that idea seriously it would be too crazy

I dont think he means the glitch that players was using during the 5min lags he means when you spawn you can move around and if youre inside another tank you will not respawn and will take no damage. they use this to piggyback closer to the base before respawing into the field of fire.

I hope not for all twins users will be pwing people and with double damage only turrets on field will be plamsa balls left and right like meteor shower not too mention fire/free and isida will be up there pwing as well.

yes, no need even if you could blow up a bridge you could just go another route, the bridge would need high health before being blown up and while youre shooting it railgunners will be ohko-ing you from across the map.

longer battles usually = more crystals so why would anyone not want that? and if people want short battle i.e create one or join a time limit match.

yes its allowed far as i know it is cunning butif you want to stop then if using a fast body tank plow into them sometimes the ghost will continue on and be past the spawn time and spawn in then hopefully your team has a rail gunner and he can hit him before he gets close to the flag.

how about some constructive criticscim instead of just overpowerd. the dictator lead the way for the tier 2 tanks if this is made or any new tank for that matter it will lead to tier 3 probably. strategy determins power not stats. this is still only an idea I have not sent this in a pm to any mods or devs so none of you worry too bad that this will make it in to game. but i hope a new tank will be made to help against shaft regardless my idea or not. so skill up because i bet thier will be a new tank in 2.0 for all you that dont want one and it will probably be overpowered slightly too. and i havent heard one complaint about shafts overpowerment and i heard it will be.

@ hotwheel just take what i said as a constructive suggest i would like to see this as a game mode. i just dont want to see a high battle reward being taking by someone who just jumped in the match cuz they got a lot kills all in one round. maybe points scored detemined by kills made and rounds in first place. just another suggestion.

:shock: ive played in ctf games that were over half an hour and our battle fund was little more than 350 and there were four marshals playing i was lowest rank in 5 place out of 10. I Wont be getting one of these anytime soon :x
