If a moderator is not sure about the issue, they will consult their admins, which will discuss the matter with them before any action is taken. But if a player posts something inappropriate, the moderator will take sudden action. Regards.

Guys, most of us are misinterpreting the updates. Unfortunately most players are disappointed the minute they hear premium accounts, while they should think about what really is happening. First off with premium accounts, please do realize Tanki is not the only game implementing this feature. World of Tanks also happens to have a premium account feature, but are they criticizing the developers for that game? Nope. We need to have consideration because Tanki needs money to run the game. So basically if this feature wasn't implemented, Tanki could be going downhill, run out of business, and then the game would cease to exist. Developers of Tanki know we love this game, this game is very unique in its own way which makes it enjoyable, and the community of the game has an extraordinary warming heart. This isn't as bad as it sounds, they're doing this for us. The second thing would be Unity. Rumors are going around that you might have to create an all new account for the Unity version of Tanki. Again, most of us view this in a negative way. Let's think in a different point of view. Think about other video games such as Call of Duty, Halo, and Far Cry. For example if you finish playing Far Cry 3, when Far Cry 4 comes out, you will have to start over the game. Do people complain about that? Nope. They actually cheer on the development of new games. What we need to do as a community is to not criticize the developers. They are helping us whether you know it or not, and we should show appreciation, because if these kind of updates are not rolled out, Tanki will cease to exist, and that would be way worse than this is. So if you think these updates are horrible, rethink the fact.

This is not because of your computer. Tanki has been having lag issues for over the past week, developers are still trying to get to the bottom of it, and it will be fixed as soon as they identify the source of the lag. In the meantime, you can assist the developers in repairing the lag by writing a description of the lag you are experiencing in this topic. Good Luck and Best Regards ;)

Yep, I remember when I was FB mod, having to just tell all players "Developers are 'working' on it" Everyone is frustrated about these situations, but devs? They seem to not care one single bit. Moderators get insulted because of mistakes developers made, moderators are only there to assist players and make sure the Tanki environment is a safe and happy place. Developers are responsible for keeping the game running smoothly, but are they doing that? Nope. Guys, don't blame mods, they are just as frustrated as us normal players are.

Ah the fun times, like when you added me to tanki staff group in skype by accident xDD You were a great, devoted forum mod whose perserverance was at an exceptional level. You have been a blessing to this community, thank you for all you have done, our gratitude is too high for the help you have accomplished. ;)
