Mouse glitches, computer lags like crazy, Cortana randomly sings to you and then stays silent to stalk you... Too much of a pain to deal with, if you want something user friendly and fast get Windows 7 for a non-touchscreen, but for a touch screen, I'd get Windows 8.1 Windows 10 is worse than Vista, let's all admit it.
