I am an M3 Dict and M3 Isida user. I, too, do not plan on paying for crystal; therefore, next generation weapons are unlikely for me, given their high prices to upgrade. An M3 Twins will have a place in this game for quite a while to come. Nice power and continuous firing (no reload time). You dont say what your current tank is, but i would recommend getting the M3 Isida as soon as possible. The points (and, therefore, the crystals) you will earn being in first place in large/long CTF will add up fast, and let you upgrade the Dict to M3 quickly. With the slower tank initially, you will not rush to capture too many flags, but you will more than make up for it in keeping your teammates alive...thats how you points (crystals) rack up so quickly.

You play Tanki in the library??? lol Seriously, are you on the same computer? Do you have additional programs running at home that hog cpu (like Skype)? Do a ping test at home verse library and see what the general difference is for upload/download times...may have a faster connection away from home, if you are talking about the same computer (which means laptop - they often are not as fast as desktops anyway).

I know that when you kill someone, their rank compared to yours determines the points you earn. Is the same true for when you heal your own teammates? Let say Rank #1 player and Rank # 30000 are both using Wasp. If I am Rank #15000, will I earn more points for healing Rank #1 since he is a higher rank than I, compared to Rank #30000? I hope not, because that would be horribly wrong. Anyone who knows for sure?
