It's a known issue with control on chrome. Try to use another browser (e.g. Firefox) or SA FP version linked above

Looks like the problem is somewhere in antivirus/firewall. Did you try to use SA FP?

Do not run a flex aplication. You just need to install that player and run TO from Firefox.

You are absolutely right. Satellite and other wireless connections (e.g. 3g, 4g) are the worst choice for playing dynamic action games due to high ping and unreliability. Hope you will find a better one. Closed.

Did you install that plugin and used Firefox after that? Do you use Windows 8? Before loading to game open browser's console (Ctrl+Shift+I, Console tab) try to load and copy here errors if any.

Launching game with subdomain to fix errors has only one purpose — Clean SO. It can resolve several errors (including errors with inproper graphical options setup or "connection failed" because SO stores information about last successfull connected port) but not those disconnects. Will you provide info about your PC and connection as I asked above?
