This topic consist of some known bugs and issues which you can experience in game and some workarounds for them. Arbitrary self destruction when not in "Danger Zone" It usually occurs when your tank is mounted on another tank in the map Madness (Auto self-destruct when you shoot or jump off a ramp/platform) Reason: It's caused by false positive of anti-cheat system. Developers are working to improve it. I can not deal any damage to opponents, pickup drops or capture points/flags. (Refresh fixes it for sometime) Reasons: It's caused by false positive of anti-cheat system. Possible solution: Unload all background software and processes/programs. Try to change the browser you are currently using for TO. Sometimes you don't deal any damage when you enter a battle, but it automatically turns on upon the next respawn or after refreshing the page. Vulcan sometimes doesn't deal any damage to opponent or to itself (no overheat) Possible solution: There is no workaround for this problem as of yet. Just stop firing for a moment. Solution is in-progress. Shaft's turret jams and sometimes goes up when being still aiming an opponent Possible solution: When turret rotation jams, just press turret rotation key(Z, X & C || <, >, /) to rotate it. Crosshair is lifted after your tank gets destroyed when being still. Fix is planned. Brown screen appears without any error Reasons: This is due to a visualisation engine issue when mouse control is enabled in settings. Possible solution: Turn off the Mouse control option. If you are using shaft — then you can try to hold space and then self-destruct. Fix is planned Loading never ends (repeatedly) Reasons: Due to some connection issues(temporary or permanent) some of game resources are not properly loaded into browser's cache, which causes the loading to stuck. Possible solution: Clear your browser cache. If you are using SA version of flash player or any "client" — you should clear IE cache. Debugger version of flash player can show full information about this problem. Connection Failed Reasons: Connection to one of the game ports (4444, 5050, 5222, 5223) cannot be established due to some permanent or temporary connection issues. Possible solutions: 1. Check your firewall/antivirus settings or try to turn it off completely. 2. Reboot your router. 3. Clean Flash player Shared Objects. Or just use http://fixit.tankionline.com/ this link to load to the game. 4. Connect your administrator or ISP tech support. Can't pickup drop boxes on the Rio. There is no possibility to pickup drop box until it lands on the ground Reason: Level glitch. Workaround: Don't try to pickup flying drop boxes, even gold boxes. Fix is not planned You temporarily forbidden to write in chat. This message appears in textbox with no reason Reason: Antiflood issue Workaround: Simply untick "Show notifications" in settings and hit save. If you want to keep it open then play along. If not, then untick it and hit save again. The chat issue won't be there anymore. If you can't find a problem or a solution in this topic, then create your own following the rules.

I'm using much worse configuration for about week and fps is just about 60 with fullscreen. But when you said " it just gets the Flash thing stuck and eventually makes it crash" I thought about Chrome. Dont use Chrome, srsly. Use Firefox with older version of flashplayer for gaming, it will significantly increase your fps and gaming experience %)

There is no such hacks. Maybe: 1. You couldnt kill viking+isida+cherry cause there is no enough damage from 5-6 shots to kill him. 2. Network lags caused loosing damage of some of your shots. 3. Your damage is switched off by anticheat. U couldnt deal damage to anyone in that case.

We have no such reports at all. In all cases when players asked to restore mission it was just their own mistake. We have such complains on that the Change button is too close to "Close" button and told it to devs. Maybe for missions "in progress". But it's not planned AFAIK. It's really sad. Closed.

It's not the first complain on connection issues from your country (and even ISP) for last week. 1. Clear browser cache. It should make possible to login 2. Provide WinMTR statistics for quailty of connection to servers. This will show a bottleneck.

The probability of gold box is 1/7k for each crystal in battle fund. That means that each time battle fund increases by 1 you toss a dice with 7000 facets and gold dropped if it's a number 1 on that dice. Not more. Nothing will affect the probability of goldbox for EACH crystal in battle fund. There can be 20 golds in 5k fund battle and 0 golds in 20k fund battle. Chat bans is the only thing you can see since you can see ban lines, but there are other punishments which are not shown to public since they are given by the Tech Support directly.
