Ctrl+F5 (which is usually reloads the page without cached data) doesn't help to resolve this issue (cached resources are still used) Only cleaning browser's cache. Probably it happens when someone enters the game in paint which is corrupted in your cache.

Letters doesnt appear on the screen when you type? Do u press Enter several times? Do you try to click on input box?

Do you see any error message on screen when you try to send message? How do you realize that your messages are not sent?

This means that something really blocks your connection to one of those ports. It can be even router or your client firewall/antivirus settings.

Post edited. This is your client-side issue. Everybody can load to that server the old way. Did you clean browser cache or still no? Use https://www.adobe.com/support/flashplayer/downloads.html debugger version of FP, it will tell more about your problem.

It will be hotfixed ASAP.
