Ideas for Game Modes!

So we've had this idea multiple times before, and I always ask this one question:

Imagine you join a battle like that, and you're immediately killed by some Shaft as soon as you spawn. What do you do? Spectate for the next 5 minutes while a couple campers hide on opposite sides of the map and drag out the battle? Without drastically changing existing gameplay mechanics, it would be not as fun as you imagine.

last year, there was something similar.
all players have zombiefied B0-NK turrets and one player will be the Juggernaut. It was a SJR mode and if you manage to kill the jgr, u get to be the jgr 
so idk, maybe ur idea is not a bad idea tho. If you die, u get spawned as a zombie and try to kill others could a good game mode to be played

I'd like there to be a small team of players cooperating to survive against a large horde of zombies.

The problem that I can see is that it might not be fun to be a zombie, since you'll die very often, only have short-range weapons, and rely on your numbers to win - you're forced to win by attacking stupidly (like a zombie), so you'll die A LOT.

But maybe playing as a zombie could be fun? First, you'll be in a massive team and you're all attacking constantly - it could be pure chaos basically, especially if the zombie tanks are fast. There could other weapons besides short-range too, and different types of zombies, like a powerful type. It'd have to fit with the brutish zombie-theme though.

Ya, that map last halloween with the graveyard (tombstones) would be sort of good for this.

In an old 2d MMO Subspace trenchwars use to have zombie events was sort of fun once and awhile.

They would start off with 1 zombie then if you get killed turn into a zombie.... last survivor wins the event.

zombie vs humans...

They used an event bot to handle it all.

That would be a different type of a zombie mode too, though it's different from what I'd like the most, a small cooperating team vs. a large horde of zombies.

Juggernaut with its current state is abused in many cases.  Tons of battles I see a 9999GS juggernaut who dominate the battle and kill players for infinity, in real I do limitless tries to kill them but all of them go with no sense.    So leave juggernaut as is, no buff needed.

But maybe some fixes are not prohibited, your case is especially happening in sandbox, while in maps like berlin juggernaut is infinity OP.

maybe you should just upgrade your tank to 9999 then

yeah never move around as juggernaut and camp behind hide behind a tall building all match from little timmy camper drone scorpion in the back and never take off ricochet and critical damage protection. Yeah thanks for the advice, but I was already resisting all the buyers advantage as much as I could, but I cant stop them consistently.

You're right, in real my opinions are changing over time.  I know it's not logical to compare fully upgraded vs half upgraded items.  But as it's a reality, 9999GS are playing a lot in Brigadier ranks, and when they get the access to juggernaut tank, they just become tyrant, dreadful and despot.  Juggernaut tank is really abused in many cases

"its too OP" oh when i go into battles people laugh that Legend 93 BUYER uses adrenaline instead of exotic toys but now all of a sudden adrenaline is op? tanki community is a different breed. Yes it should have it it won't make it OP in the slightest and even if it is OP the tank is called... Please lol. Also make it at least 40k HP at MAX instead of 20k!!!!! i was playing SJGR and 5/10 times i would die in as JGR before i even killed all the people that were around me when i spawned as JGR. NO NEED FOR Overdrives. Its pathetic how weak JGR is. (and i am the 9999gs nightmare as people say)

JGR gets buffed and all it does is make it playable. what about campers that hide besides a building  all match in TJGR? Nothing changes theyre impossible to kill anyway and probably have like 2 isidas healing them.

I just thought of 1 idea to buff Juggernaut defence; have like an added tesla with the terminator turret....so you have close range defence.

Or have a scorpion with swarm and rail...

Have a matchbot and you can message a command to the bot to choose type of Juggernaut terminator turret combos.

Wish they do other stuff.... same old same old...

Another idea... have like JUGGER WARS.....  and have some super juggernaut tank... with all match player turrets attached to it and have 1 driver.

Use to have this with subspace continuum trench wars 2d MMO game they called it TURRET WARS.

This reminds me of some anime from the 1990s... VENUS WARS or BIG WARS..idk... on Mars/Venus Super big tanks fighting.

Interesting, in real I may agree with this change (but with expense of another), because in many times in close fights I'm as a juggernaut get a very bad aim, so it's a very good idea to have a splash-damage like tesla ball.  Especially when you yet take the tank, you may randomly collide in things and get a bad aim against a cowards  crowds.

When you enter the event map player are equipped with random hulls/turret/protection/ paint and augments that they don't even have in garage giving them  a chance to try something new and not including hopper seems like a fun event that I would want to try

This will motivate juggernauts to focus in killing/slaughtering other players instead of defending the hull, the real purpose of juggernaut mode.  This is what I was afraid and criticizing above?

In real while I was writing this comment I felt like I have wrote it before, I said it's Deja-vu or what, but after I searched I noticed I was responding to you in another topic link ?

im sure everyone would agree. A team dm or dm of all jugger tanks would be a big hit. Everyone loves the jugger hull. its a pain to only get it once or twice here and there in the regular mode. full out team or solo war would be outstanding

would be too boring, besides team jgr rgb already exists which is exciting

Good! We all agree that 'Jaggernaut mode' got really bad after adding the Scorpion turret 

So I have an idea that works "Juggernaut Mode" and we don't weaken the Scorpion. 

The idea is: make the Scorpion missiles not follow Juggernaut, when a scorpion is aimed at a Juggernaut and then the rockets are launched into the sky, the rockets will fall into the area where Juggernaut was when aimed at it. In the event that he is still in that area, missiles will fall on him, and this is what will make him flee or stay and receive those missiles.

I see that this is the only way that will fix "Juggernaut Mode" and bring it back to how it was.

I feel dumb but I just realized that RAIL/STRIKER protection don't work vs juggernaut; only armadillo does. I wish they clearly put it in the top text in the wiki; I found

that in the interesting facts section.

Was there ever talk in the past about rail/striker protection enabled vs juggernaut? I assumed since the terminator turret shoots rail/striker it would work. I feel so

stupid... I don't play juggernaut often but good others know this.

Terminator is its own turret with its own damage.

The effect of Armadillo on the Terminator has been reduced, but not removed. A medium hull with DA can be one-shotted with a Juggernaut's critical hit. Armadillo allows you to survive as if it were a normal damage shot. Just yesterday I saw a Viking who was most definitely going to kill our Juggernaut but instantly died due to a lucky 1% crit. Armadillo would have saved them and the Juggernaut would have died.
