Do you realise people who don't speak Russian actually play this game too?

Im pretty sure there's a much higher percentage of English speakers. I'd say 70-30 or 60-40.

i highly doubt it,maybe that percentage in World of Tanks game is like that, because that game is truly international!

Tanki is played by mostly russians...

I don't think it's hard to communicate with the help desk because of the language they speak, but rather that they go thru the cases/problems we send to them too quickly to actually look into anything.
For example, if your account was stolen, you must send the application of info, anything else, like a story on how it got stolen and some proof  of you're saying the truth would most likely be ignored.

I bet they have English speakers, but they have to spend more time on the things people send them. No time? Hire more people.

Tech support gets hundreds of emails a day. (whew!!) Ticket numbers are so everyone gets their email answered in the order that they were sent, and nothing gets unnoticed. :)

Three Steps to Drastically Improve Tanki

1. Hire help desk consultants in the English Community. Make it a staff position that English Speakers can apply to.

2. Allow Russian moderators no authority over the English Community. Only English Mods should have the authority to ban or block English Players, and only Russian Mods should have the authority to ban or block Russian players.

3. Don't block players without clear evidence. Once an account has been blocked, an email should be sent to the blocked player containing the video that got them banned and the IP address that was being used on the account at the time. Don't block players for "game rules abuse"; this is just a made up reason to block someone. There needs to be a clear and definite reason for the ban that is easily proven true or false. I know so many players that have been blocked without a reason, without any way to appeal. And I only know one player who has ever been unblocked.

The second and third are good points, but I strongly disagree with the first. Help desk consultants have access to the inner databases of Tanki. If this information was leaked the game would literally be ruined.
