Completed

You can now keep earning stars to participate in the "Challenge accepted" competition, where top star earners can get exclusive prizes. More details here.

I'm 120% sure this is not what the OP was thinking about when they say "take advantage of useless extra stars". After all, who will have 60k of "useless" stars, right?

Well, you're right... but this is what we're getting.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Im sure even a toddler can understand that what that guy meant is having a use for useless stars without grinding for hours just to get TOP 100 in "Buying Stars" "Challenge accepted" competition to get 100 batteries for spending hours of grinding.

Now i'll try to explain it so even 5 year old Hazel Cheer Leaders can understand.

What the creator of this topic meant is giving stars you get from missions randomly a use AFTER you get to 3000 stars in the challenge without grinding for them on purpose just for 100 batteries where unless you play with brutus 12 hours a day all youre doing is losing batteries because 100 batteries will not do it.

Wrong. This is correct: You can now BUY stars to participate in the "Challenge accepted" competition.

I prefer stars for supplies. Like 100 stars for 10 RK, 100 stars for 10 DD, 100 stars for 10 mines. 500 stars for 10 batteries.

We do not accept ideas for adding or increasing rewards, so technically this idea should have been declined from the very beginning. But, since it was such a popular suggestion, I decided to keep it in hopes that one day things will come around and extra stars will have a use.

Now they do technically have a use, even if that use is not as practical as OP was suggesting.

But I always said this when someone suggested to add more rewards beyond 3000 stars: unless the game economy changes in a way that justifies giving players more rewards, adding a way to spend extra stars would either make stars harder to obtain, or rewards would be reduced in the main 50 tiers to compensate.
