@Phantom_Shooter Sorry to burst your bubble but your legend account is very weak. Your k/d is above 1 so that's quite good, but as you continue to play that decent k/d will evaporate very quickly. Your cry/xp is also poor so that tells me you don't finish very high after battles.

TO is aimed at buyers and I'm sorry to say you and most of the F2P players are only in the game as cannon fodder for the 9999 players.

Of course the devs will say different and instruct the mods to do likewise, on certain issues.

Then why did you get MK7 and upgrade it to 10, makes no sense? 

I can get a good K/D at the end of battles
And in my opinion my account is fine.
And I'm not in any bubble, it's just my vision, and I respect yours.

And you say that because you're a buyer, so it's pretty easy to keep a solid K/D,

@Newnewnew Try getting your facts accurate big mouth. 

I have not played this account for a long time due to the P2W gimmicks that are now in the game. As for crisis, It's a load of crap without the flying tank. 

Also it took me a long time to get MK7s, because I'm not dumb enough to rank before I can get the next MK for free.

I stopped playing this account because I refused to spend a cent on it with all these P2W only updates that cost a FORTUNE.

I said what I said in that post because it made sense and was in fact, A FACT.

@Phantom_Shooter Keeping a good K/D is down to how I play and not ranking above my status, which is smart. 

I'm cannon fodder for no one. Also if you notice I do not waste cry on loads of different combos, which means I could upgrade protections more often and keep up with the next rank. I also had crisis from WO3, was lucky with containers back in the day.

I think K/D influences the equipment you have.

You have Crisis, look at your K/D
I don't have Crisis, look at my K/D

The difference is stark.

As you said, my K/D tries to lower it a lot, and really, my K/D was higher before, 1.90 or so

But I don't care about that, because K/D doesn't define how good a player is.

So when was the last time you played? Crisis most definitely isn't a load of crap. 

Seriously, people already know how to conserve crystals and save in tanki. Its not just you. I myself is trying to focus on one combo and upgrading it to the maximum. And I have about 2million crystals left.

But honestly who gives a crap if someone else wants to invest in loads of other combos? It all part of enjoying the game to its fullest despite the game being terrible atm.

My account started in May. I didn't have the third slot; I bounty the few slots I had with tankoins..

"surviving" is relative... you seem to die a LOT...

And you do use that ridiculous hull Hopper more than any other hull, so I'm sure that contributes to your placement.

Surviving as in not making bad scores. And being rock bottom. Though admittedly after I took up magnum my score was pretty bad :0

oh and also @wolverine848 I started using hopper in August when a friend was grouping with me and wanting me to use hopper. I was hopper mk2 I think, and didn't want to get killed so much while grouping so I gradually bought it to mk7. I didn't like it that much till the rank general I think.

 I wouldn’t expect anything else from a light hull, they got speed and agility which is more than enough to do their roles in battle, and then you expect to not die as often too ;-;

A light hull playing an offensive role (especially with a short ranged turret) is bound to get many deaths.

Hey there. Just wanted to declare that I'm not playing as much because of the overall game state. Not because of the awful recent shaft update.

And in the same note, the shaft update is just a proof of how unstable the game-play has become. Take away the shaft main purpose (scope) and what do you get? gunk.

I am sure that shaft will be less seen in game duo to struggle and lack of ability to use the turret uniqueness efficiently and overcome your opponent in battle.

Shaft:

  • Will start one-shotting heavy hulls that have DA
  • Light Capacitors will start one-shotting medium hulls that have DA

 

Adrenaline:

  • Smoky will start 2-shotting unprotected medium hulls at 43% HP
  • Thunder will start one-shotting unprotected light hulls at 79% HP
  • Vulcan will reach exactly 1,000 DPS at 70% HP.
  • Tesla will start one-shotting unprotected light hulls at 82% HP

I stopped keeping up to date with the updates a long time ago. They keep tinkering and messing the game up further.

If a game gets too one sided I leave.

Otherwise I have every turret, so I just use whatever is strongest. Right now I favour rico, twins, shaft and freeze. If they nerf one (which they will) then I just switch again.

Best Turrets imo are Freeze, Hammer, Isida, and Striker.

So, I know this question has probably been asked many times and if any topic is already there for this, mods please shift this to that topic. So, the question is exactly as the topic title. Yes I know some people might say "Well there are fun events to participate in". Yes, but I'm talking about normal tanki players. Now I don't know if it just me or many more people, but I don't like to participate in every event in the game. Even then the spots for the events in-game are limited and many people are not able to join an official event many times. Now someone else might say "Well you can gather some people and make a team and try to play Esports". NO! I'm talking about the casual player who probably doesn't have that level of competitiveness. And also Esports is not usually considered connected to the game. Of course it happens in the game but it's like it's own different thing. In tanki right now there is no objective to play the game. It's just, gather crystals, upgrade your tank, dominate some matches, and then get bored. Now, I'm not speaking from experience so maybe some maxed out players can correct me and tell me if they have absolute fun destroying everyone with no challenge. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

P.S. This is just my opinion, so please be respectful and not shouting out insults without any reason. Thanks for reading if you did.

Try to broaden your garage and explore different combos. 

Think about buying recently buffed up drones such as:

  • sprinter - great for item-modes.
  • Miner - great for longer duration battles.
  • blaster - best drone for trolling your enemies. Use with a stun turret augment. Also, it should be pretty useful for parkour as the impact force is great.

I think the 15 minute matches are disgusting. I really would like to see the data collected by the Devs of how many people preferred 15 minutes over the rest. I don’t remember there being a vote option for something which should’ve been the community’s choice.

OD charging cut in half. Why. Lazy update without changes on actual Hull  parameters. Limiters like Hopper OD recharge is dead. Viking will take 10 decades to charge. Dictator OD will either become OP or meaningless in terms of charge distribution and getting EMPed.

Very disappointed. I’m on edge now. Tanki attempting to fix their game has now reached Square 1.

Tanki has nothing to o with armored combat any more.  Nothing.  It is a hollow shell of its past glory.

 

As an American player, I am shocked that Russians, with their long and storied pride for armor, have continued to support and play this game as it has been turned into a cartoon of what it was.  Change is normal, but evolution of the tech, of the maps, of the equipment should always live inside the paradigms of what made the game great.  FLYING TANKS and and Sci-Fi bug zapping turrets are just but acceptable game play options.

Tanki lacks the grit and grime feel of what made it great before.  I hope Tanki wakes up and realizes that if they don't do something soon, the game is going to drift into sci-fi gaming, not armored combat, and then they'll be a cheap version of simulators that don't use micro economies, but full on paid software, and they won't compete.  Sure, they'll string lots of folks along for years, but it might be too late already.  You've tried to top something that didn't need it, and there are few, if anymore magic rabbits to pull from the hat.

It's just a damn shame what happened and what was done to this game.
