In Ms system the WOs can buy M2 system and upgrade it directly with MU's to M3. But now with Mk's system there are limits that makes the upgrades just to Mk5 or Mk6. Though that doesn't makes the game balanced and I didn't like this update, but just to clear your point

I simply do not remember playing with tanks who feel much stronger than my own, when I left in 2015.

MatchMaker did not exist in 2015.

You could pick battles from the list and see the ranks of players. You were probably somewhat selective on what battles to join.

I joined battles with much higher ranks than me, they felt stronger than my tank, but now they feel much stronger. I do not like the new Mk system, I quit this game already.

The mk system is way better than the original m-system.  The power gaps are lessened because it requires more ranking up to upgrade items further.

It's all the other factors that you are seeing... Overdrives, Drones and Augments - none of those existed in 2015.  The buyers have a much greater advantage now because there are more things to improve power of your tank.

I guess you are right, but for some reason I still think the differences between Mk is too much. I've also seen other people complaining about the new MK system.

@ReptilianTroll  Drones and Tankoins kits affect a lot,

You probably haven't played a lot of time before you left in 2015, so you must clear your mind from all what you were know and consider it as a new game

MM , ODs, Drones, Augments, Mk system, HTML5, and a lot.....

122,500 crystals I waste in the 50% discounts... it doesn't deserve that cost... since it has a limit of just 1 bounces (horrible for a Ricochet lover) since Ricochet is my favorite... also a lot of reload time

Well, Plasma Torch is perfect for space Parkour. Not useful in MM tho coz of the long recharge...

Nope - it is less.

The complaints about the MK system was the conversion - specifically from m2.10 to mk7.0.  It should have been mk6.10. What this means is that anyone who upgraded to m6.10 before the conversion could continue upgrading all the way. They had equivalent of m3+ at mid-ranks.

I'd say 99% of those players have graduated to rank where they can legally buy those items in the garage now.  My other account certainly has.

Playing against Vulcans with incendiary band and heat immunity is annoying.

I'm just wondering, would things be better if they change the way heat immunity works? Because, it seems like the user is immune to overheat damage. But, why not just prevent the user's temperature from increasing at all? It'd still work the same, no damage from heat, but then vulcans can't capitalize on brick-on-spacebar tactics.

You just defined what Heat Immunity IS! Heat immunity pretects you from heating up, so obviously you wouldn't get heat damage.

Yeah, and therefore you shouldn't deal extra damage with Incendiary band.

I feel like I should stop showing up in the game. Can't talk in lobby chat without having to go into 3 of MM messed up unbalanced battles.

 

And parkour is mostly silence legend ranked battles.

I see Vulcan incendiary band - Heat immunity are just contradictions ... even their excuses are trivial to answer it for me

Saw Hopper in garage. Cool. 

My opinion. You should be able to flat out buy Mk7. It's such a waste of time to keep spending crystals to get it to max. Especially when you are free to play at the high ranks. Is the hull itself OP? I actually really don't think so. It is the many Drones in the game that breaks the game's balance. Mainly Crisis Drone. Hopper Mk7 is pretty fast but its driftyness is pretty annoying. It's jump is ok, (again Crisis makes it insanely OP), and it is hard to make angled shots (degree up and down). I expected this hull to be crazy OP, but I am surprised that it is fine. Not as good as Hornet. Sorry Ares lovers, I still think Ares sucks.

Now, speculations on the Tesla turret? What do we think? It's shot effect near looks exactly like Ares' OD. I wonder if it will be a second healing turret. ?

Hopper seems like a really cool hull. I really find that the OD is a fair counter to my beloved Hunter's Overdrive. In the 1.1 second delay of your blue lightning manifesting, a quick tap of a key and Hopper soars and interrupts your activation. It's small, nimble, and really hard to hit imo (or maybe I'm a potato with a smoky when it comes to aim, idk). Hunter's OD can reach a hopper mid flight and on several occasions I've had the ball in RGB land on the roof of the domed storehouses in Year 2042. Fun times.

Anyone have any fun ideas for a Medium hovering hull? If the technology is possible, it would be cool to have a Medium hull overdrive be the Invisibility Module from Tanki X.

How does it work? You are invisible, your tank, name, and supplies are hidden but dust and smoke from tanks are visible. 

If you are shot at, the damage counter appears. You are still affected by other overdrives.

If you shoot while invisible, your overdrive ends early. 

I think it would be cool and would an interesting hull for the battle field. Name could be Sneaker.

I will also leave this in the Ideas and Suggestions Thread.

That idea doesn't sound bad....

Maybe, to make this idea more fun, we could add a secondary effect to the OD.

When your overdrive is activated, you have 5 seconds of invisibility, but your damage output is reduced by 25%. After exiting stealth, you disable the radars of all enemies within 15 meters of where you exit stealth.
