I'm using macos app for tanki over 2 years. If browser game is working, macos app works too. But today macos app not working but browser game is working fine.

Loading screen appears and stays like that.

Hasn't worked for me in client for 3+ days. version 1.255.255. tried reinstalling from the website, same version no launchy. Doesn't work on safari. Works but very trashy on Chrome. Can devs stop pushing updates on Thursday and then taking the weekend off? #VLOGonMonday

This is Happening to me as well. Loading Screen infinitely loading. M1 Pro Mac. running macOS Ventura 13.6.1. Debated about downloading Rosetta 2 to see if that would help. Right now I am stuck to playing in a browser. I would much prefer to play in the standalone app.

Same problem -> Noticed 10/28/2023 -> macOS Monterey v12.5.1 on Intel Mac; Tanki app ver 1.255.255 used to work fine no longer works "loading" message forever with green stripe and white tank logo on grey. Login page not reached.  Very sad.  Safari -> can log in, Battle loads to ~95%, Then 'SYSTEM ERROR; Lost server connection; ControlChannelDisconnectException'.  Well, at least I know it's not just me.

It would be helpful if any of you guys can provide screenshots or Video recordings of the same, nevertheless the issue has been forwarded.

edit: noon central time, tried again on safari, managed to get into the main hangar screen but it crashed trying to load a battle and wouldn't settle down after that. desktop client still forever loading

the enemy jumped on this building - top left (we don't even know how) and it was impossible to shoot it down, it was as if it was off the map, I tried to hit him with the magnum and there was no result, it kept bouncing off the building, it looked like it was the end of the map and I couldn't damage  enemy

yeah gauss, shaft and magum usually experience this problem when tryna shoot through a building, i think its due to the object models for the houses containing invisible components through which shots cant go throug, so no damage registered. this has been a small but annoying problem since forever...

We didn't seen him even coming, I know how works hopper, but I usually look at minimap and I didn't seen he was coming, of couse he could come when was attack from other side

Hello Tankers,

I was wondering if any of you could help or if any of you have the same issue as me. When I try to get into TankiOnline in browser it keeps giving me the error: "Lost Server Connection, ControlChannelDisconnectException" I am in High School on a school device, but until a week ago it still worked. I have talked with my admins and they are not responsible, can you help? This is before logging into the game, last year it worked.

Ares's overdrive, 90% of the times suffers of a SEVERE desync between what's shown on your client and what's actually happening for the server.

This can be a negative aspect for both parties.

If the ball visually passes close to you and is desynced, you won't get damaged/healed until a few seconds later, HOWEVER if the ball explodes on a wall behind you, you will not receive any damage/heal from it supposedly having linked to your tank, and that's the negative side for the Ares user.

For anyone else that plays against it, simply you think you are safe when in reality you're not, often enough you see your healthbar get drained by literally NOTHING just because an Ares ball passed in that same spot 5 seconds earlier.

Please fix, this is just stupid

My ingame nickname is Ghastier.

Today afternoon I noticed something wierd when upgrading the magnum turret. I was a player who returned after a pretty long break so I noticed the upgrade system got changed such that we cannot upgrade a turret from mk3 to mk4 in a single click, instead we needed to get all the smaller upgrades (mk3-1, mk3-2, etc.), and pay tankcoins to finish it.

The wierd part is, at mk3 onwards, I was still spamming enter and click to upgrade the magnum turret (My target is mk7), but the upgrades got to like mk3-40, and it costed LOTS of crystals and I stopped there. I was not sure if it was a intended feature or bug, but I did know that there were changes to upgrade system.

In the evening, I entered the game again, the magnum turret was lowered to mk3-0, but the crystal spent was gone. I logged in again but its still the same. When I upgrade it, it becomes mk3-1. In conclusion: I losted all crystals used to upgrade the magnum to mk3-40 (which was probably a bug?)

Unfortunately I did not take a screenshot of the mk3-40 magnum. However, I am not lying, it really happened and I hope the developers can check my activity history (if possible). I will be attaching a screenshot of the mk3-1 magnum below.
