Just tried to purchase a battle pass and no payment option loaded at all.

 

Went to purchase 60 days premium and a payment option loaded, but would not accept payment.

 

Hope you can fix this soon.

 

Edit - Made contact with my bank as they sometimes block payments - they tell me it is showing as a machine error at Tanki's side.

had this happen the past two years . it could be due to system over load with people buying on line.

 

new issue for me is .. been finding ALL my battles I have been sent to the blue team . its been over 3 months since I last was on a red team. ?

So, heres what has happened to me i recently completed the weekly challenge and got 1 or 2 weekly containers along with 1 regular container,

the regular container opened

BUT when i clicked on the weekly container the screen turned gray, and then a box that is not opening could be seen on the screen of opening the box i need my 2 weekly containers please, i grinded 5 hours straight to complete the challenge

Note : I couldnt get a video because I wasnt expecting it

I think I understand what you mean, I have had this same bug for some time now. Only difference is that my screen did not turn gray completely, but was stuck at that page and no animation showed up. 

Next time, you have to refresh your page restarting your game. After that, you can reopen your containers or they have already been opened; in that case, you already received your awards

If the weekly container(s) got opened, I'm 99% sure that you received your rewards. Easiest way to check this is measuring the change in the number of your Tankoins (as Tankoins are very rare, and even a small increase/decrease in their count is noticeable). Each weekly container gives you 3 Tankoins.

If the weekly container(s) did not open, then refresh the page. The containers will reappear.

Would you please be kind enough to solve the bug with opening Weekly Containers? In more than 90 percent of clicks to open them, nothing happens except the open button becoming unclickable and the containers disappear, only to reappear as unopened in my garage some half an hour later. This bug has been haunting players and customers for weeks now, and it sucks.

been noticing a small time delay for OD when using Hunter , it wakes like 15 seconds before other tanks come to a complete freeze.

Go to your account settings (top right and then click on "Account Settings") -> Notification Settings -> Mentions & My Content

Make sure to enable the check box next to "Notification List"

If and only if you enable video upload in the forum.

Though on this video you would only see nothing happening, except the "open" Button changing from clickable to unclickable after the click.

In the special missions tab, I don't see the following missions:

Mission: Ice Citadel

Mission: Snowballs

Mission: Cross-country skiing

Mission: Gingerbread

Mission: One, Two, Three! Light the Christmas Tree!

On the Festive Season forum post by Marcus, it said the missions will appear December 25 2:00 UTC to December 26 2:00 UTC. It's already time, but I don't see it.

This happens all the time with weekly containers. The containers are consumed, but no animation plays and no reward is given. Consumed containers that had no animation are returned back upon restarting the client and it is possible to try to open them again.

 I am unable to see the following special missions:

 Ice Citade

Snowballs

Cross-country skiing

Gingerbread

One, Two, Three! Light the Christmas Tree!

It was planned to come out today, but still I am unable to see all of this missions. is it a bug or it is like we have to complete 1 to unlock another (wish not)

With Hunter it is not possible to change hull augment mid game. At least in rugby, maybe in every game.

Everytime I want to play a battle and want to change equipment while in a battle it just doesn't let me change at all which is so frustrating to play with. I don't know if somebody pointed that out yet.
