12 minutes battle duration

I think you are in the minority.  Most ppl don't leave a 12 min battle after 1 enemy cap.  If it's 3 or 4 to 0 ... the tha'ts another story.

And you are discounting completing many of the missions assigned.  The ONLY mission that depends on winning is the Top 3 mission. The rest, you can complete whether your team wins or loses.

Yeah, its only bad now because lame race mode is taking up at least half of the playerbase. So I won't count it.

The real test for me begins tonight after server restart.

I dont like arm race mode, for me its a mode for people who has a weak garage

Actually it doesn't , the player base between MM and Arms race is somewhat equally divided , just try playing more MM.

Nah, 2 hours a day (one hour per account) is enough to judge it. I ain't playing more than is necessary to complete all three daily missions.

Its a really silly concept for a battle mode. But the actual gameplay is bad, early birds truly win here.

U can make a comeback actually , ive tried many times when i joined the battle the top player would be at tier 6 or 7 already  but eventually as playing u are pretty much able to reduce to the difference to 1 tier or even take the lead . 

I also didn't like this mode very much for the time it takes to complete even 1 match and the amount of kills getting stolen is frustratin, but the concept in itself is quite fun and is worth tryin.

For sure. Such maps have 2 main disadvantages:
1. Half of the players in teams are afk due to low FPS or they leave when they see maps which have less capability of scoring points.
2. It leads to unbalanced teams with GS ranging from 4k to 9k in legend rank maps, disliked by players.

"Starting from 2 AM UTC September 10, until 02 UTC September 13, the special «Arms race» mode is coming back! The unique event where you need to earn points while your equipment is continuously changing."  so till the next server restart. Only a few hours left.

Best idea should be that mm it will be 15 minutes or maybe 20 minutes with 40% chance of dropping gold box because actually 0,000...1% chance of dropping gold box

Can we keep the MM battles 7 minutes? Any longer and it already feels long and boring. And absolutely don't increase the flag / kill limits on the maps, only makes it more boring.
Maybe it's an idea to make  2 separate queues?  One for  7 minute matchmaking battles and one for 12 to 20 minute battles?

I would prefer 30 minute battle duration so that I can get at least a high score of 1000+ points and make good crystals in each battle. To be honest with you, juggernaut battles should last for 1 hour so that these battles can be much more competitive and more fun to play. I have checked the stats of the juggernaut tank and its armor is 20,000 HP. That is far too low. Previously, I used to be 40,000 HP. I would recommend, 100,000 HP for juggernauts armor, and a battle duration time of 1 hour so that juggernaut battles can be a whole lot of fun. In addition to that, juggernauts overdrive needs to be much stronger so that enemy tanks can be flipped into the air upon activation. That would make juggernaut battles a pleasure of laughter on the battlefield.

And to be fair, please do make all those updated changes I have mentioned above to make juggernaut battles more fun as well as maintaining a more appropriate time duration just like it used to be before the matchmaking system was invented. I used to play battles that lasted 1 hour during 2015 to 2017, so please return this length of time duration to juggernaut battles. I want to see all those positive changes made to battle duration after this experiment ends.

Anywhere from 10 to 12 minutes is really good. The super-long battles recently were a drag, and the 7 minute ones are clearly too short--you're just starting to come together as a team, and it's over.

I wouldn't call that a problem since you can also get stars from missions now.

Gotta say I really prefer the 12 minutes over 7. Dare I say even that it's the perfect duration. 20 was definitely too long. 15 will be too long in certain modes, while 10 is too short for CTF and RGB. between 10 and 15 is the perfect amount, and I actually think that ASL, CTF and RGB should last 15 minutes, while TDM, TJR, SGE and CP should last 10.

Or, y'know, they'll hold the game hostage and keep farming you and your remaining teammates. Have had that happened to me many times with these increased battle times. I'm able to put up a fight but I can't say the same for a lot of my teammates.

I agree with you that matchmaking battle times must be longer so that players can have more fun in battles as well as being able to finish battles with a higher scoreboard. High scores can be achieved much better if developers decides to make matchmaking battles last at least 20 minutes. However, depending on the game modes players play, I would advise to adapt the battle duration time depending on each battle mode for greater comfort of gameplay and scoring.
