I have completed so many of these missions and each time I open an Ultra Container, I never get these 'rare' items like Armadillo, Crisis, special augments for turrets, XT skins for tanks like Hopper, Ares, Crusader, etc. Normally, all I get is more supplies. I have received 3 days of Premium from time-to-time, but I have found that the regular green containers I get from daily missions have given me more things than the Ultras! I have received at least 4 drones from daily missions containers, and a few augments that really don't do much in most battles (i.e.- heavyweight construction, special shot effects, etc.) Oh, and I have gotten lots of paints too. Big help in MM battles. In the Shop, it costs $219.00 (19,900 tank coins) to get a large crop of Ultras. And I've watched the augments for the last 7 Challenges and I have both the silver and gold offerings every time. And there were times when I bought the battle pass and had Premium too, Yes, the Ultras from the Special Missions promise big but deliver small. My personal belief is that if you do not spend big bucks for these Shop Specials, you are NOT going to get the things you'd like to have. Even game containers are mostly 1,000 crystals now about 90% of the time. It used to be that you got some neat things from MM game containers, but my experience in several gold drop weekends has been that game containers are no different htan gold boxes. I think it would be good if we could have the opportunity to purchase tank coins with crystals. I am at Legend 79 now and have had a balance of millions of crystals for over a year. To buy crystals costs a certain amont of tank coins in the Shop. We should be able to swap that many crystals for the exact amount of tank coins the amount of crystals cost. This way, by playing the game a lot (i have well over 4,000 hours in Tanki) we stand a chance of being able to buy special offerings without spending money. But in the end, I think that money is what it is all about. If you don't spend, you will gett nothing very good for free. I wouuld also like to see special augments available in the garage (i.e. - stun for Stryker and Twins) so that we could purchase them. I just might be willing to buy tank coins for these. As Apis said above ....it's getting boring. It used to be that XT was the big skin to get and everyone had Legacy automatically. Now that so many have XT skins, they have made Legacy skins something special. Strange turnaround. I never liked Legacy skins much anyway. Nuff said.

Those "use a certain amount of supplies" missions deter players (mainly f2p) from completing them. Why not replace it with "earn 5k exp" or something. Supplies are already difficult to accumulate to use popular drones like booster, defender etc..

One weekend which I definitely remember was the black friday weekend , I was quite excited for the sales and was hoping to get extra crystals from ultra containers that week but they did not have any special events nor did we get to play any special event modes .

Most effecient combo to finish mission fast.

Smoky AP + crusade + blaster drone 

5 TDM for eazy top 3 + 5 win + 5x5 25 OD

5 DM for 5 win + 25 OD 

330 DA means you need to die 33 times per battle to use enough DA. Blaster drone make your death worth it.

All i see in-game chat is people having "infinite" supplies and complaining that they get them but when there is a mission that asks for you to use couple hundred all of a sudden its insanely hard because nobody has supplies all of a sudden? 
Drones like booster, defender are meant for end-game its obvious these drones are intended for people who actualy have more than 200 supplies each. also whos asking you to use these drones? just go with brutus I AM A MEDIUM BUYER AND I USE BRUTUS A LOT AND GET first place like its nothing so dont even say oH bUt BrUTuS iS tRAsh. 
Things like that are the reason why this game is so all over the place. community has no idea what they want so hazel just does what he wants since he knows no matter what he'll do people will just complain for a week and then stop.

Last time I checked shrugs can't kill, but absence of drugs surely kills.

I understand that some are concerned about supplies.

Brutus is my most used drone and sure, it can get the job done, top 3 is quite possible. However playing with it becomes pain during the event especially running into more OP combos than usual. Event requirements like spend X supplies are pretty inconvenient.

 

Players do not know direction where the game should go? Yeah, but why would they need to know that? It's job of developers. We can just give feedback, which usually about quality of life or reporting broken/OP interctions/turrets.

 

You are doing something for community? Yeah right...pretty sure you're not, but you are doing a lot for your own benefit like those discussions about pulsar and EMP rework.

I never had high standarts for this community so i don't care. also if you want to know EMP is my least favorite effect its too braindead for me. if you are so interested in what kind of alts i use heres my list of what alts i used this week. Healing Emmiters for shaft then Burning tesla then adrenaline for magnum and tesla and AP gauss. i see no EMP or pulsar but oh well its not a tanki player if he accepts that hes wrong

except all i see is the same 5 people either complaining no matter what devs do ( i think we all know their names already) or mods saying that its the best update ever but the plot twist is that the update is like 5 months away from release so... how do they know how the update is gonna look like?..

that's a complicated combo, i don't even need them to finish the mission, as for 330 DA i would rather use trooper than reduce my K/D

1st - players can still complain that it is unfair, because it might simply be unfair to them. Some do not even have Brutus and only have expensive drone because brutus was not always insanely cheap to upgrade. Developers decided which mission will be included. They could have easily set different less expensive requirements. They did not, so players complained because it obviously affects their quality of life in-game. Nothing out of ordinary.

2nd - game can function without direction (I play Clash of clans; it has direction now-was not always the case,even now it's not that clear, but balance was always No1 priority), what I mention about QoL and balance can still lead game into right direction, which may be simple things like balanced gameplay, less bugs and hackers, better interface. If players come up with something inovative they can write it down in designated threads. You are certainly not inovative nor helpful.

3rd - I know for sure I can't see your garage, I do not have magic ball or something. I know what you were writing on forum(trying to introduce more imbalance) and that you also can't take different opinions.

I just tested, it works.

I can kill 1 and blaster 1, sometimes kill 2 and blaster one as i go full close combat style, so i shoot another enemy and stick to nearby enemy for blaster when he kill me. + od. You sure get 2+ K/D. My current kd iz 1.3, so it helps improve my kd.

I not even go full effecient yet. So i used 24 DA and picked 5-7 from drop. (Even defender drone not use faster, as it use 3 but count 1, and you survive longer without DD once run out) the whole combo is for using 330 Da faster within 10 battles mission

So i go 1 cycle of death in 20-30s, and my supplies is all on with DA DD because blaster drone speedup reload of DD, i should disable auto supply on mobile, so i could do even faster cycle without using auto RK

Side note, i even got a gold in that battle, and blaster 2 gold hunter nearby

 

In none weekend mission, i stick with shaft + ares + brutus in RGB camping to get 6~8 KD ratio

I understood the last week's mission wasn't very nice (330repair kits), but in my experience there not need to try special combos to burn 330DA in 3 days, outside of normal play.

Probably makes sense though if you want to be as time efficient as possible.
