Patch Update #691 - Released 17th June 2022

 

  • A new augment for Ricochet — «Jamming field» — can now be received from Ultra Containers.

    • (Note) The augment is an improved version of the «Minus-field stabilization» augment. Each shot applies the «Jammer» status effect on the opponent, disabling their overdrive and drone.

  • Updated the «Blaster» shot effect for Ricochet

  • Regular and Ultra Containers open automatically, 15 containers at a time

  • On the container opening screen, if you click on the opened container, the reward animation speeds up by 4 times

  • Added a hotkey for opening the matchmaking battle modes menu

  • Railgun’s «Super armor-piercing rounds» augment

    • The «Armor piercing» status effect’s duration has been increased from 5 s to 6 s.

  • Shaft’s «Short-band emitter» augment

    • The increase in regular damage has been changed from +48% to +35%.

    • The increase in critical damage has been changed from +10% to +33%.

    • The increase in minimal damage has been changed from +48% to +35%.

  • Hornet’s overdrive

    • The «Armor piercing» status effect’s radius has been increased from 60 m to 360 m.

    • The «Supercharge» status effect’s duration has been decreased from 7 to 5 s.

  • Blaster drone

    • Radius of min. splash damage will now be a constant of 15 m. for all upgrade levels.

    • Min. splash damage percentage has been increased from 10% to 50%.

    • Average splash damage percentage has been increased from 25% to 50%.

    • Radius of max (100%) splash damage increased from 2.5 m to 3 m.

    • Radius of average splash damage has been decreased from 5-7 m to 4 m.

  • Fixed the light rays above the tank in the Lobby

  • Changes in PRO battles

    • Fixed the bug that caused daily limit not to be updated after a player’s Premium duration has been increased

    • Fixed the bug that caused the maps and missions lists to be cut off at the bottom of the screen

    • Fixed the way some buttons display when a cursor is hovered over them

    • Fixed some bugs in the battle information screen

    • Updated battle mode icons in the battle information screen

    • Minor interface improvements

  • Removed the «Contests» chat channel

Good and bad both, the change made long range shaft and rail gun shots effective back again, but with the OD delay nerf and 5 second supercharge, timing of the shots is needed.

But in a way, 360 meters is a very good change for Railgun users.

Blaster is my most hated drone... mainly because it rewards stupid and yolo plays. 

I mean, which drone is the most used by below average players with light Hulls who don't turn their Turret? ...

agreed, I think this might be the drone that is most hated by a lot of players.

They are offering few stupid bad made ugly skins for 200 euros, they are insane. 

Total cost of whole game things should be 70 euros. 

They should put offer " buy everything in game for 70 euros", coz i wont give 200 euros for few virtual craps

Just like games on steam buy whole game for 50 euros.

Old hornet overdrive ?

Only if armor-piercing immunity didn’t exist and repair kit didn’t erase the effect :x

?well, I'm curious is it not the time to nerf helios?
Or do you have no intention of nerfing this augment?
Don't you really think this augment is breaking the game balance?

Of course they won't nerf it for a long long time, it's one of their biggest cash cows right now.

Yes, as we all know, shaft's "Rapid-fire mode" augment got nerf after only a week of enhancements.
But helios has been going on for two months and still hasn't been rebalanced.

you do realize that to be competitive on this game you have to spend thousands of euros, right?

The skins are just a scam, obviously, that's why it's just better to wait for the battle pass.

Helios needs to milk the buyers for a bit more, they'll probably nerf it after the introduction of the new turret and its broken augments.

There was one guy joking about Pulsar for Skorpion but tbh it wouldn't surprise me if they introduced it.

so far so good, until the last note, and that is the contest channel is removed! why? there is no event and no contest any more?

 

P.S. the "sorted ammunition" augment sometimes deals 1k damage. it's a bug .

It makes sense; RFM is a F2P augment while Helios is for buyers. Keeping Helios OP encourages people to spend money, while a strong RFM would be bad for their profits as there would be a strong competitor without having to pay.

some minutes ago, I created the nostalgia madness CTF in pro battle. remembered that it had a vast floor. Hence, would  you add the version floor madness and also keep this current one too?

I believe this was discussed before, but that was with regards to MM I think? So I reckon it should be ok to add it to pro-battles. Correct me if I'm wrong.

shouldn't be a problem as long as chat contests are held in events tab
