i have few examples and more than enough gaming expirience on this turret (mine 210hrs vs opex's only 14hrs on rico) 

examples: bounce based status augments for emp and pierce

they severely lacking potential, because many walls appears way too far, even for basic bounce-trigger statuses, but it is their core function, i think range should be increased

other ricochet augs and base version have same issue, but not so blatantly

very please, i dont know how to tell opex this through other ways, ricochet remains like this for more than half a year

i can provide video, if needed, right a way found at least three places to prove

Great. More improvements to Thunder's container augment selection while its garage augments continue to erode. 

 

Very funny to see that Hyperspeed Shells starts powercreeping Sledgehammer Rounds if the target is further than...23 metres. Wow. That's the maximum range of a High-Pressure Pump Firebird/Freeze.

You know what would also fit that better? Small Calibre Charging Machine. Y'know, that one augment whose mortal sin was dealing a decent amount of normal damage per shot for 2 weeks through no fault of its own? 

 

Are you really going to keep Thunder's garage augment variety stale? All you have to use is Adrenaline or an augment that takes away a core feature from it.

It is clearly no fun to play against the hyperspeed shell, even with the max level hull and the protection. The big map is a nightmare with no place to hide. I'm quitting the game if someone has the hyperspeed.

I see you’re still trying to rationalise various changes and optimise your equipment, but there’s no use.

There are plenty of decent MMORPGs out there - perfect for the mathematically-minded like yourself.

Welp, it's just the way things go. You know how the devs are. Turrets like Railgun, Shaft, and Gauss have also been killed. And other stuff like Compact Fuel Tanks buffed. Like someone said, Rubberized Vulcan is better for bouncing than Ricochet these days.

We do forward the Ideas actually, then it's up to the Devs. There is no such benefit for us in keeping the ideas to ourselves and not reporting it forward.

Yeah. I know. You guys forward those and your job its done. 

But as I said, none of those actually matters, because the Devs are clearly doing whatever the heck they want to do.

opex extremely good with making game uncomfortable

you can even use really op combo, but the same time it could be unpleasant to play

 

alternativa pls hire me for gamedesign part time ?

For all of TO's inherent flaws which start at recruit and continue at legend, players still insist on giving their ? away with no long term benefits.

One of the biggest flaws starts at the beginning on your "not very long road" to legend, the XP/CRY ratio. This is the start of all your problems as you go through the ranks, becoming weaker with each rank up because you have not had enough time to build up your resources to at least make you competitive, not unless you buy from the start.

TO is unstable. There are just to many variants. The game is far to complicated and way overpriced.

I have been playing for over 10 years, have a legend account that is long past L50, all maxed out and I do not have a clue what most of the augments, crits do in battle.

Some players will say "It's all there for you to read about" here's the thing, I want to play a game, not have to read and study a vast and complicated novel that will do you no good in battle, regardless if you understand it or not, because there is just to much to contend with, way to much. 

The developers will not "dumb" the game down, they have to much invested in the complicated mess they have created.

They want player numbers to start going back up (which is beneficial to all concerned) start acting on player feedback that is beneficial to players without having a major impact on game economy. Reverse some of your updates that have crippled players who can't afford the exorbitant prices you ask for, just to play a game without being trashed every 30 seconds in battle. Increase XP/CRY by a much larger proportion, X5 would be good. This would help out a lot players and increase your revenue, as buying would become worth it because you (the player, especially the lower ranked players) would benefit more from the extra time gained at that particular rank, making spending a bit of cash both profitable to players and developers. Of course for this to work two things need to happen:~ 1. The developers have to implement this change and 2. The price of everything has to be lowered. Currently the price players have to pay is way beyond the means of the majority, which means the buyers will always be the minority, food for thought.

On a side note. Get rid of players names above their tanks, it is IMPOSSIBLE to see ANYTHING when players are close to each other. 

So much more to dissect, but I have said it all before and unless I turn this post into the longest post in history, I think that the developers should give some serious thought to the XP/CRY scenario and at the very least implement that into the game.

hi this is less so a question and more so feedback on the new center point in the game i think it is an interesting addition to the game and could be pretty useful if not for a couple things: firstly the center point doesn’t move up and down to adjust for the rocking of the tank, secondly the center point is only functions when you zero your camera on it and it takes a couple of test shots to make sure the point is actually on your shots if that makes sense. i think if you guys can figure out a way to make it so that you can accurately use the center point at any camera height and make it adjust for the rocking of the tank then it you be much more functional and if not then i would suggest scraping it all together. Pretty interesting tho and also it kinda does work all that well for turrets that shoot off center but whatever.

@Marcus Does indeed play TO.

Of course any player with a maxed out everything, MK7 (including every OP augment at his disposal if so needed) would indeed indulge in a little down time playing a few battles.

It must be nice knowing that cash is never going to be a problem when you get everything free.

I HAVE A CHALLENGE FOR YOU. Start at recruit like every newbie and work your way to legend without any HELP from the DEVELOPERS, only then will you (possibly) understand just how hard it is to enjoy any battle when you are getting trashed every day, because you do not have the funds to be competitive.

Will you @Marcus accept this challenge and document it as much as you can until you reach legend. You are not allowed to spend any cash whatsoever.

Your community manager, try going into battle like the majority of the player community, under powered, very little supplies, and no cash to spend.

One more thing. As for doing the gold tier in the challenge, i would like to see how long it takes you to save up the 700 tankoins to acquire the battle pass.

If you accept this challenge, good luck keeping your K/D above 1.

No help from any friends in battle, you do this on your own.

To be fair, @Marcus is just a player like the rest of us and his role as CM is just as a communicator of information from the devs. However I would love to see @Opex-Rah attempt this challenge if he had the time of course.

The truth is, the devs know their product is crap and they wouldn’t spend a penny on it themselves because it can no longer compete with any of the MUCH better MMO games out there. To them, TO is now nothing but a money-making experiment.

I'm loving the ambience of the night theme so far. Thankfully it is not too dark and is a much needed breathe of fresh air after I keep getting the bright winter theme the majority of the time. 

 

I've only been to the new Highland once or twice. Both day and evening are fine on their own.

Nah, everything is fine. Totally not OP at all. What could possibly go wrong?

BTW, he played CP like it is a TDM the entire game. And guess what? He gets the highest score.

hyperspeed will be the new helios when helios is nerfed

I'll hunt down players like them with wasp / hornet with vamp isida or freeze and trickster, but some of them will surround themselves with mines like one of them did on skylark recently

I'd like a minimum cap or release requirement in CP to force everyone to interact with the points instead of kill farming

If you don't reach it, no crystals

Got the Salamander Shells thrown at me. You trade off 25% of crit damage for four ticks of burning (at best) and those crits don't happen often either. It's kinda wack, but that's to be expected since Hyperspeed Shells are here to make the ching-ching.
