Overall the drone simplification, removal of speedups and new mission interface is great for everyone and one of the best updates in a while in my opinion. HOWEVER the change to all current drones which causes them to increase the amount of supplies they use was COMPLETELY unnecessary. Trickster takes 5 speed ups now per 1. This basically means players with trickster can only use it for about a week until all their speed ups are completely used up and they have to resort to Brutus to recover, and even then it will take an extremely long time to get back those supplies. Supplies from normal, ultra and weekly containers are no where near enough to sustain drones now. You've made it so half of the f2p (and some p2w) community can only use brutus for most of their time playing tanki, in order to keep their supplies. Hyperion takes 3 supplies now, and each supply can be used again every 30s. By the end of the match, most players use over 100 supplies which is literally the same as a weekly container. Drones are UNUSABLE for players most of their time playing tanki now, where brutus is the only drone you can use if you dont want most of your supplies to be used up in a few matches. Hyperion arguably uses MORE supplies than crisis now, and how does that make any sense?? Please for the sake of your players, bring the drone supply consumption back to what it was before when it was balanced and f2p players didn't have to worry about all their supplies being used up in a few days.

Note, it isn't exp, exp would have been easy, it is battle score, far worse. But if you grind a lot, you can get it done within a year, the cost? A life maybe.

@Spy hey hello !! so yeah im a marshall , currently , i just ranked up!! 
i have been upgrading my hornet , railgun since i got a mk6 and just now i managed to max it , unfortunatly my time this update is basically preventing me from getting a mk7 for free..! i really do feel cheated , cuz as a free to play player , microupgrades seemed more rewarding as you get progressively good gear and also get to use them instead of having to wait till the rank threshold to upgrade !! 
now i would really appreciate if I get a justification or a clarity!!, the in game menu dosnt say this thing and i suppose a lot of players still belive that you get to next modification for free!! only a couple thousand people who follow the tanki VLOG or are active members of the forum know otherwise, and i never expected this to happen , i also have multiple other mk5s in half microupgraded state ( ever since the ability to microupgrade a equipment even after unlocking the next step was removed)
i would like to know if any sort of compensation would be provided although i know its not possible or will there be any discussion about reverting this to how it used to be!!
cause if i do calculate myself the crystals i have spend its actually around 300k crystals that i have spent on all these micro upgrades (150k + 130K for hornet and railgun micro , some steps in isida mk6 and shaft around 20k) ....
i hope you get to think from my shoe cuz now i have to pay double the price to get the same stuff that i already have gotten!!!

Since regular challenge is no longer available, there is no way to get tankoins except for real money and 24 tankoins if you complete all weekly missions.

This is a big issue since tankifund bundles cost tankoins. So save your tankoins for the future. Don't use them for any of the deals since it will be hard to increase the number of tankoins without spending real money,

Challenge is still there, it was not removed. But the only way to access it is from main screen.

 Let me break Vulcan changes down. Are the devs high? It doesn't make sense at all.

Vulcan 

• Turret rotation slowdown when firing decreased from 40-30% to 20-10%
  Great, now no one can aim ****. You are essentially just forcing people to use RAT. Not even a Pulsar augment can save it if you can't hit people.
• Barrel startup decreased from 1 to 0.75 sec
  Is that even a problem to begin with?
• Barrel slowdown decreased from 1 to 0.75 sec
  Same, is that even a problem to begin with?
• Projectile speed increased from 200-250 m/sec to 200-300 m/sec
  It's a buff. But it's so minor, that basically can be ignored.
• Overheat resistance decreased from 9-12 sec to 8-9 sec
  Since people are either using Heat Immunity or less commonly Incendiary Band, what's the point?
• Overheat temperature limit decreased from 0.5-1 to 0.15
  Guess Incendiary Band users will love that, yet again, thanks for you dudes nerfing it so much, it's practically useless now. Only people who can't afford Heat Immunity will consider it.
• Self-heating rate decreased from 0.3-0.5 temp/sec to 0.15 temp/sec
  Same as above
• Critical damage chance decreased from 4% to 2%
  I thought you guys love making status effect augments.
• Augment «Shooting speed regulator» – Barrel startup time decrease changed from 85% to 80%; Barrel slowdown time decrease changed from 85% to 80%.
  Are you sure someone actually uses this crap? Why bother?

Not really the point of your original post, but dragging out rank requirements may solve some problems but will at the end of the day hurt player retention. Ranking up was extremely slow in the past*, and the game is flat-out BORING in the low ranks, with slow tanks and weak ammo. It's not like you rank up every day either, go into any high (pre-Marshal) battles, and check the total hours played for any average Joe. It's anywhere from several dozen to over 100. That's still a fair amount. 

* I have a Warrant Officer 1 account that I stopped using around 2014 because I lost the password. It has almost 4000 total kills. I can't give an exact amount of time but 4000 kills is quite a bit, especially in the low ranks.

So I got hosed on my crystals for drones. I was only given about 300k crystals and had a FULLY upgraded Driver drone. That Costs $1M crystals, so I should have received 600k crystals for that drone alone. This doesnt even include other drones I had that were removed. How do we get this fixed?

same issue never got jack shi for my crystals back didnt have a lot put into it maybe 200-400k still absurd. ntm the fact the game is once again down.

That sucks. They even said in the VLog that we would receive 600k for a fully upgraded drone IIRC. Even that feels scammy. I shouldnt be surprised though.

game is absolute trash now, just was in a match and all of us were lagging, i hit a ping of 4288 before the game kicked me back to lobby

The price of a fully upgraded Driver was halved to 500k a while ago, along with some other drones, (Engineer was one), so the compensation is based on 500k instead of 1 million crystals

Really feels like after the battle table, they also downgraded the mission screens, like I would actually prefer to have the old mission screen than the horrendous screen with 78 separate mission options.

Inaccurate. They said a player could receive up to 5 million crystals in compensation. 

 

7 * 600,000 = 4,200,000 (Miner, Supplier, Sprinter, Lifeguard, Assault, Blaster, Camper)

3 * 300,000 = 900,000 (Engineer, Trooper, Driver)

4,200,000 + 900,000 = 5,100,000

They halved the cost of upgrading those three drones all the way back in October 2021. Naturally with this being a one-size-fits-all compensation they'd use the new cost. I'm not defending the choice, I'm simply explaining what happened.
