where as before the changes you could click on double damage and then with double  shield protection , which allows you to have both on at once. you can still click on double shields  and then another supply then it will work . main thing is you must click on shields first  in order for it to work. or your messed up and then what you would get is single shield protection and not double shields like the drone should have in place.

( if you click on say speed up first and then shields you will only get 1 supply of each one and not a 2 shields with a 1 speed up as you should be getting with the defender drone )

I don't quite understand what you're trying to say. Is it possible for you take to screenshots of this supposed bug? Here is me using the new Defender and nothing is out of the ordinary.

The only way to describe some of the changes is that whoever thought of them has an IQ of below the village idddiot. Why clutter my augments screen with stuff that it will take the casual player 10+ years to achieve? More over, why do I have to scroll through augments that not available to find the augments that are available, there is no indication they are not available (i,e the padlock icon). This is just a waste of valuable time when changing in the middle of the battle. Combine that that 99% of the time we get dumped in a battle that we are severely outnumbered and it end within a couple of minutes and you have a clusterphack.  Someone needs to explain to the village idiots that GOALS need to be attainable within a reasonable amount of time and effort and not impossible even in a lifetime! In the mean time the problems remain the same, severe lag, unbalanced battles, not a true Matchmaking system, battles that end within a few seconds of entering, the notifications in the middle of the screen right smack making aiming  at the enemy difficult. I could go on and on but there is no point because for all the years I have been playing, the players recommendations and complains are not addressed.  I guess whoever makes the decisions knows better and the result is the game has become one of the worst in the gaming world. Darn shame.

No doubt the game will die one of these days, but tbh it's hard for some of us to let go, and they are taking advantage of that. they want to fill their bellies before it happens. 

Every Update is done without thinking about the consequences. The removal of prots from low ranks makes it harder for them to play and new players will struggle even more. back in 2016 and 17 it was harder to rank which made the game a little balanced and players were skilled or knew how to rotate their turrets before reaching the highest ranks but these days, the amount of exp players get is huge and before having a full maxed combo they reach legends. which makes the mm system a failure.

Almost all the time colonel ranks face legends players, and one legend player turns the game upside down. in these sorts of situations, players rage quit. the difference between 50% prot and 35% is so huge that most of the players don't understand. A normal tanker can get his garage maxed at legend 25-30. and adding bots to the game will make new players even worse. with easy targets, there is no skill involved. When they face legends or high-ranked players, they will be at a disadvantage.

 I would rather be spawn killed than get to the enemy base and then just wait for 5 years until someones protection runs out.

Or getting constantly shot down by a bunch of dudes who never leave spawn the entire game.

In order to spawn camping, especially in the current state of this game, people have to take a huge amount of risk to do so, and it usually doesn't worth it, unless it is like what @TheCongoSpider is showing which are one-sided battles, then it doesn't really matter whether anyone is spawn camping or not.

not sure what browser  your on , but this happens to me when I'm using Chrome Google. I wish I could use fire fox but for some odd reason the battles are worse .

when I'm on maybe tomorrow I will try to video tape what happens to me in battles.

I'd say my TDM battles after the update showed this the most. I've seen battles where the team score is somewhat close, then one team starts and maintains spawnkilling and the battle ends something like 150-63 or something around there when it likely wouldn't have before this update with the equipment the enemy had. I saw one where it was close all the way up to around 90-85 then a switched flipped and the battle ended up being 150-106. They just couldn't keep up because unless they were using Hyperion, they could only use one supply after spawning and they get instantly melted. Gets worse when you add a dedicated ranged healer into the mix (Mechanic, HE Shaft etc.). 

Spawnkilling happened before but usually after the 2nd time, they pushed back the enemy. Now I'm seeing it's taking 4+ times for some enemy teams to push them back. Sad, really.

It's probably because phoenix turrets all do different things and them creating more than 2 garage descriptions a year is too much work. It would be a good idea for them to add descriptions for turrets though because if its the same power as phoenix hulls then grinding for phoenix is literally the biggest waste of time in gaming history
