Well, it's worth for you, just like the cca 1/7th of players who bought in + plus those who think the rewards are worth it even without the tks draw.
That said, you cannot really argue anyone made a mistake by not participating in the fund.

Nice fund overall, I didn't win but I would like to say this was a big W on part of the devs for this crazy good fund. I don't get why people keep blaming Tanki for creating a 50 tier fund. If you had bought the fund we would have go all 50 tiers. Thanks devs for this great event that only happens around 3 times a year and ruined by rude and ignorant playerbase.

Of course it was for the devs. They can just keep recycling the rewards that were never reach and don't have to replace much for the next fund.

If you take into account that it'll take nearly 100 million tankoins to be spent or 50 thousand accounts to buy the 990 bundle to reach 50 tiers, you'd  hopefully understand why 50 tiers is unfavorable compared to 20 or 30 tiers.
