Patch Update #776 - Released 4th October 2024

 

List of changes:

  • Updated the default skin of Shaft to the HD version

  • Updated the Shaft’s sniper sight to the new minimalistic version

    • (Note) The new sight is approved by Shaft experts

  • Hammer

    • «Hunter Duplet» augment

      • Clip reload increase changed from +25% to +15%

  • Striker

    • «Missile launcher «Tandem» augment

      • Added an increase of Reload after salvo by +20%

  • Hornet

    • Overdrive charge over time decreased from 300 to 270 s.

  • Crusader

    • Overdrive charge over time increased from 240 to 330 s.

  • Hunter

    • Overdrive charge over time decreased from 270 to 240 s.

  • Titan

    • Overdrive charge over time decreased from 330 to 300 s.

  • Juggernaut

    • Juggernaut Health recovery when picking up supply boxes in battle decreased from 4000 to 3000 HP

  • Added a warning window about low Gear Score when starting the search for a Matchmaking battle

    • (Note) The pop-up window appears no more than once a day.

List of fixes:

  • Fixed the bug which caused Juggernaut bots to shoot at allied tanks if they used Isida before

  • Fixed the bug which caused bots being allocated inequitably in teams for a battle with only one player and bots

  • Fixed the bug which caused bots being able to use multiple protection modules in a single protection module slot

Great start for this annoying augments although I would prefer stock striker to be nerfed first and then the augments. At least this is a good start.

Welp now become one of the slowest Charging ODs. Not really a fan of this but I'll give this a chance after the update.

I kinda like this because now more people will see that they have low gs and hopefully theyll change to better gs. I know people won't care about it or disregard that but I wouldn't mind this tiny feature.

I kinda thought this bug was very annoying because when they used isida and healed me I would be fine until they get jug and all of the sudden they would just shoot at me at times and sometimes they would flip me. It would be nice though if they actually made bots more competent in the legend rank pool instead of driving off cliffs and throwing the game.

You mean fastest? It charges more 'points' overtime. Its not a time indicator

The time shown in the patch is the time in seconds to passively go from 0% to 100%. If your passive charging rate is 1.0 it will be 1% per second taking 100 seconds to fully charge passively. Crusader is going from 240 seconds (0.416% per second) to 330 seconds (0.303% per second). Crusader since its release has always had one of the fastest if not the fastest passive charge times of all the hulls. Now, it will be one of the slowest passive chargers (alongside Paladin, Dictator and Viking). 

That's just the passive charging. There is also the charging via reputation points gained that is another factor. Light hulls have more than medium hulls and medium hulls have more than heavy hulls. So in a random battle, a Dictator or Crusader can still end up charging their OD to 100% a bit faster than Titan even though its passive charging rate is getting buffed here as well.

Not enough, still cringe no skill augment.

 Finally, good decision, I am tired of all the "pro" players playing brick on spacebar augments with this flying can. Or just casually play this hull over any else because how easy to control it is and how its more beneficial than track hulls.  Next step should be  to decrease sideways acceleration so they cant dodge that easily (for every flying hull) 

 

Appreciate Titan OD faster recharge, also Hunter.

Juggernaut needs a good buff but instead, an indirect buff gets nerfed. Nowadays, Juggernauts get destroyed easily by OP augments. Opex, what are you doing?

Really nice updates! I love how striker tandem was nerfed skillfully to balance the game! I just need Railgun Hyperspace or Shaft Healing Emitters now!

I think the ability of healing the jugger should be removed and this change could be reverted.

Honestly, consider adding an overdrive siphon where each 5-10 kills that guarantees getting the overdrive. Juggernaut is so weak right now because of OP augments combined with viking overdrive (to make it even worse, people have defender with lifeguard augment or driver augment).
