Well, that's related to chinese version 3Dtanks, which is a whole new version of Tanki. The current Tanki servers, there's no way people could do that, since this version has way more players than the 3Dtank one. Once and for all, nerfing phoenix is beyond disrespectful. It doesn't make sense that farming 5 million battle score for an augment that is weaker than an exotic one that nowaydays anyone can get it from containers if they're lucky.

The developers have lost their conscience, they only have money in their eyes, they destroy the game again and again, for the sake of profit they even change the game parameters at will, arbitrarily destroy the equipment that others have spent a lot of time and energy to obtain, and play the players in the palm of their hands, they don't care about the feelings of the players at all, for them, making money is the only purpose

Of course, remember when they finally buffed Twins PTA and nerfed it the same day? To be honest it was really a balance. 
Also Ricochet plasma resonator got nerfed before release and after it was abused for weeks.
I can only assume they are not nerfing it because people paid to get it, just like the rico aug, they nerfed twins PTA asap because a big chunk of legends have it and it's an old container augment.

Tesla’s “Shock Therapy” augment - is made so strong that no defenses against Tesla help. It becomes pointless to play a game in which the enemy has one or two players with Tesla’s “Shock Therapy”.

And the most interesting thing is that many players with Tesla suddenly got this augment, but  it is not sold anywhere. I come to the conclusion that this is another cheat for the approximate cheaters of Tanki Online.

This completely spoils the game and the point of playing is lost.

I knew about the Sakura Blossom event, but it wasn't explained properly anywhere what it was.

And does that mean that since I didn't participate in the Sakura Blossom event, I should stop playing because the "Shock Therapy" cheat makes it impossible to play ?

Patch notes became really boring and repetitive. The first chunks are always some items they decided to change their rarity (which are a no care of anybody), then meaningless numbers that I don't think anyone cares like turret elevation or a daily mission out of a list of meaningless missions that also a no need to read just play until you find how many left to finish.

For the phoenix, honestly no augment or an in-game reward deserve such effort, all I can say for the players who grinned for them, this will not be the biggest scam you get in your life. Although a worth of 1000 hours is too much especially if we compared it to a job or study. I saw a video of the augment and it doesn't even feel special or precious thing to stack on your profile (that also in a poor Ratings page have no place to show off).

The new tesla augment makes players start to think about their positioning and enhance their awareness of the map, eventually they might build a habit of using the radar. Melee turrets should be easy to deal with once you are aware of the map and you don't press W blindly. With that being said, the augment should be nerfed.

@Opex-Rah Hi! Instead of giving augments that's just not worth it for 5.000.000 battle score, you should give Skins. New type of skins, call it "Almighty" or it can be Phoenix too, whatever you want. But these augments are not worth it anymore. I doubt people will use the weak Phoenix augments in battles, when there is a bunch of more augments that is way better. If it was a skin, you could combine it with whatever augment you want. I think you could also give that +30% score increase to the skins too  Imagine almighty skins as HD XT, but more divine. When combining a Hull Almighty skin with a Turret Almighty skin a Halo would appear above the tank representing the mastery of the equipment. People who see it, will never forget that moment.
