Did Hazel not say we were getting a night time version of the Chrismtas HD map last year? The day time version of the new year HD map is so lifeless. Can Tanki at least add the old night time Christmas maps? Not having any night time map with fun lighting makes it feel like any other event. Where is the Christmas/New Years cheer?

Disappointed in terms of special event modes. A lot. These might be the worst modes I have ever seen since its only during weekends and 2 Snowman turret event modes? Instead of making a special mode for example solo juggernaut on the New Year Remaster map we got 2 modes of snowman turret. Okay I would maybe play the snowman event modes if there wasn't like 30 players per map and getting shot from every corner and getting stunned by a crit shot. Talking about the crit shot just get rid of it. It is so unfun thing in these type of modes. Its also so repetitive and slow cuz you can't use supplies such as speed boost.

You also finally added the long-awaited freeze special mode instead of firebird that should have been added like 3 years ago when people we're talking about it. But better now then never and mode will be new and fun.

Why are you so scared adding week event modes during big events like this or just making more options for all the players? Why couldn't you spread like 3 more modes during weeks this event? Is it because the increased gold box frequency cuz people are getting a lot of crystals and stuff so then bring back ¨xAmmount¨ of increased gold boxes. You can spread it like this mode is gonna have x10 more gold boxes. This one x5 or you can actually do this in all MM battles like you did in the past.

Or atleast add all Old New Year maps into the Deathmatch mode when there's no special modes during this event and increase the gold box drop rate by x5. Easy content during big event like this.

Sorry just my opinion. I feel like you make a mode and just don't collect feedback from it.
Im gonna take example here. April fool Days event. Again. Since 2021 people we're asking for mode without overdrives. You actually did it in 2023 with the second mode. And in 2024 you made the mistake again by not adding that second option without overdrives. And then 2025. You added multiple modes but again not a single mode without overdrives and you did it on purpose or you thought that your salyut grenades are gonna work. And you can't convince me that people actually like hopper and that you took feedback from this event so thats why you actually kept the Overdrives in the event.

I could talk about halloween 2 week long event modes or why not adding old New Year maps in the Festive Season events and more.

 Also people should not open Epic containers since we are gonna get Excelsior from the Tanki Fund for mammoth and railgun. If you get it early as an exotic its your problem!
Maybe removing this these items from Epic containers might help but hard to tell if Tanki gonna change anything. Just try to warn people.

Most of my opinion matches with Reviced above.

I really miss the night mode for each winter map as well, that would be such a vibe and would have no massive flashbacks while playing. 
I also want less players in the big New Year Remastered map (around like 16-20 players maximum), and the need of Salyut grenades on the first 3 mode is absolutely unnecessary... If we would have hoppers with overdrives ON, I would totally get it; otherwise nonsense... 

There are 2 positives I could notice: 3 epic keys for 2 rounds in event mode and a new mode with Hornet-Freeze. 

I just hope that Tanki Classic and the mini-game will bring more hype to the game next week... Also I would wait for the mini-game prizes before opening the epic keys... That could contain excelsiors or shot effects and you don't want to open them before getting it in the mini-game.

Good shout, the bloat is there to urge those who are in need of crystals from keys to get upgrades going. Especially since the tankifund rewards will come after the discounts.

Not like the original traditional event pacing.

more toxic augs easier to obtain to already stacked people and still almost impossible for your average player due to him having around 1,5 trillion drops in legendary rarity.

excel smoky is already annoying ultra-sweat slop where you might as well give them 1st place instantly because they'll do nothing but find a way to be in 1st place. more of those is just what we.... do not need.

They downgraded the vulcan red shot effect and the gauss purple shot effect to epic rarity (purple) despite being in paid bundles, so I don't know what they're waiting to do the same for twins blaster, ricochet blaster and railgun magic shot effect

Just found out they didn't update the common container and didn't add all the rest of the augments missing in it (excelsiors augment for turret and hull ricochet boxer, gauss boxer, ricochet blaster, twins blaster and railgun magic shot effect). Last year, they updated both the common and epic container but this year, only the epic container, why @Opex-Rah??

OMG I bet somebody who made this snowman mode go and play it for 3 hours straight and tell me if you get bored of it. I wouldn't be so mad if they didn't bring it back in 2 weeks again or made couple more modes like gold rush and not only legendary gold rush also with all the Old New Year Maps. This is actually awful.

Also lower the amount of players in the New Year Remaster map. If I know right its the same size like Forest Resmaster map so why on the New Year Remaster is like 8 more people on the map. Never understand logic of the maps.

Also Magnum IC is coming. Couldn't be worst. I hope you will atleast bring some hull IC with it.

Merry christmass tanki. i make sure to play tanki during christmas every year since 2012 as they have the best christmas spirit and art. ty again to the russian devs and wish you a safe and happy christmas and fruitful new year for 2026!

i havent entered a battle yet but i hope there is a large christmass tree with cool lights and both night and day time version christmas MM maps 

 

 

edit: @Marcus when playing MM there arnt any large christmas tree in the middle, and the skybox is the same as old.

In every MM in the centre it shoudlnt be too hard to do just add a large tree please. also changing the skybox for each map shoudlnt be hard as well.  it will make each battle alot more fun to play in. please do a hotfix.

Downgrading to epic instantly from exotic is better, making a new rarity to divide the current legendries further will complicate and make the game a bit tedious. Especially with only 3 of such effects

Even though there are stuff to complain about this event there are stuff that i like about it

the most noticable one is 50% discount right after 50% discount which helped some players to max out thier equipments at a half price although it's badly timed since the fund rewards are distributed after the discounts and the 8K rubies will seem less valuable afterward

the 2nd one is removing special missions that require premuim or challenge/elite pass and increasing the keys rewards to 3

and lastly all old new year maps are back in pro battle including the remastred version although it fits better at night version
