a bit hefty: make it so that hull and turret "energy" colors are impacted by what projectile color you pick

for example: if you use the yellow color from twins, the Blue energy coloration of the turret and the hull become yellow.

Won't that evaporate the point of blue and red outline now ?

What's the blue and red outline? You mean on other tanks when aiming?

He does mean that, but the OP wants the blue lighting on the HD model to change according to your shot effect.

Would that mean turrets with no shot effects are blank then @Acecaddy.  Also note, XT has red lights, etc.#

Different skins have different lighting colours, if you mean this, I think you're not likely going to have the designer team implement different lighting on the same model.

If you could provide more examples so players can understand. Also feel free to use any AI to help post images to explain the concept further to anyone.

Yeah that requires a whole new functionality to be added to skins, disconnecting those lights from the skin itself and making them change colour based on the shot effect. All to achieve a tiny visual change that's pretty much only visible in the garage and most people won't even notice it.

It makes much more sense to add custom light colours as a separate new cosmetic item.
