Hello, tankers! In the recent release, we updated the content of Containers, adding the first modifications of all hulls and turrets. However, we did not take into account that some tankers have skipped the first modifications of certain equipment when purchasing higher modifications available for their ranks. As a result, the system failed to detect the presence of certain first modifications in these players' inventories and have therefore dropped the Mk1s in Containers. That is our fault, and we are very sorry about that. As compensation, we prepared a special mission which will give one Container for every Mk1 equipment regardless of whether a player owns the equipment or not. It will be available till 2 AM UTC, January 17th. Once again, we apologize for our mistake and appreciate your understanding. Click on the «Claim» button to get your Containers. Despite that few years ago I have banned him from taking parting in eSports tournaments, I truly believe that people change and I am more than sure that he wasn't the that bad person I used to think he is. Hey! First of all I would like to apologize for not sending the prizes in time. We have bank holidays in Russia from December 31st till January 10th. He has also since transitioned to the Social Media team, and has worked diligently behind the scenes answering any questions people have sent to the Facebook and Instagram pages. elcatalagamer - he has essentially single-handedly kept the Spanish side of the Tanki server running. He is always active and ready to help anyone with any questions, he has helped train new candidates and show them the ropes, and he is always looking for ways to improve the LATAM side of the server. Emil - a former Assistant and current part of the Proofreaders, this helper brings versatility and efficiency to the table. During the first half of the year, he helped other helpers and the Community Manager with solving various problems, and now he helps Marcus with translating dozens of key texts. His selfless and consistent contributions free up the CM's time so he can communicate with players. emrakul - he has been a cornerstone of our team since the very beginning when he joined us, and since then his contributions are simply too many to count. He is always there to provide us with valuable input, and it is clearly evident how well-respected he is that when he talks, everyone just listens. The Events team simply would not be what it is today had it not been for the incalculable amount of work he's dedicated to helping the team through and through, be it through work, maintaining logs, giving advice, training newbies, and overall just being an extraordinary person to have in your team. emrakul will always be in my high regards and no one is more deserving of this title than he is. EvilSnowflake - one of the most positive members of the Translators and his very presence brightens up the working environment. Always ready whenever a new V-LOG is uploaded, the Greek Translator is consistently among the fastest to provide translated subtitles. It should come as absolutely no surprise that this Helper has been awarded 8 times as one of the Best Helpers of the Month. Since November, EvilSnowflake is no longer a Translator for the game. These words always come to mind when thinking about Graphics. He has recorded hundreds of videos for players and edited useful guides for the community! Unsurprisingly, Graphics has been nominated as Helper of the Month every time since he joined the team. He has a clean record of 12/12 Helper of the Month nominations in 2021! Hugoslav - when I became administrator of the Translators, Hugo was the one who explained much of the position to me. In addition to that, he helped me draft a Eurus guide for the Translators, which has been helpful in teaching candidates the tools and processes of the position. Other than helping me out, Hugo also did his tasks punctually. He was often the one who notified the others when a new V-LOG script is ready to be translated. Hugo has thus far only failed to provide Czech translations on two accounts this year. Idea - he joined the team as a German eSports referee and that was just the start of his rise - he quickly got into all the details and even managed to become a leader of the German reporters team in eSports. His ambition enabled him to achieve quite a lot this year and overall, he is a great addition to the team. ingrid10000 - she is punctual and dependable. She always submits her translation within a few hours of the script's being uploaded and has only missed out on translating one V-LOG this year. It should be noted that she has been nominated for HOTM 8 times this year. Iron_Man - it's been a long time since forum mods had such an enthusiastic and dedicated helper. He may not be perfect, but he's always eager to improve and learn from his mistakes. Iron_man is ready to complete any task, and he will do it not because of praise or rewards, but because he cares about the forum and genuinely wants to improve it. Multiple times he surprised us with his willingness to spend dozens of hours on mundane (but necessary) tasks, that the rest of us constantly avoided or postponed, and for that we are thankful to have him with us. Jack - he is one of the most passionate commentators ever, dedicated to his position, always ready to help in the eSports live streams, it's hard to see streams being made without having Jack commentating on them, he is the person we can always rely on him, he has done over 164 streams since he joined the helpers team in March and more streams to come in the future, always there ready to help whenever he is needed, never hesitating to refuse, full of ideas to always keep the content we provide at it's top peek and improving it, a true voice for the English Community, knowing and learning everything related to the eSports community, players, clans and their history, also having a great sense of humor, drawing a smile on all the viewers who attend the livestreams, a worthy addition to the helpers team and for the community, we couldn't imagine the broadcasting team without him, his passion, his skills. He is an absolute unit of the chat moderation team. Manny has made sure to contribute his own time everyday to the chats keeping badmouths in check and helping players in need. MEFA - for a long time his artworks are used for all eSports video thumbnails and article images. It definitely was a wise decision to promote him to the position of a leader of the eSports designers team. He is always ready to help and do his best to complete any task assigned to him. metromoskva - bringing together his merits as a contest organizer in the Russian locale and as a moderator of the eSports Discord server, this helper certainly deserves to bear the title of one of the best helpers of the year. Thanks to people like him, you can always find yourself a team and enjoy a great chat with other players on the eSports Discord server. Mosad - a legend among English-speaking eSports referees who returned to help the game recently and immediately became a key player in the team. You can also find him in the chat, as he has also joined the chat moderators team. Very hard-working, efficient, responsible, and will always help with your questions. NoStress - this current helper and former eSports player has turned to realizing his dream of eSports success not just as a player but as a reliable helper. On the job, he's amiable and always here to lend a helping hand - you can ask him for advice at any time of the day, find out why you got banned on the eSports Discord server, learn how to make your own eSports team or even how to become one of the helpers. Person_Random - she ran the English and French Newspapers flawlessly as the administrator for most of 2021, almost singlehandedly keeping it going throughout all challenges that arose. She has also been vital to the success of the eSports Content team, having been promoted to Team Leader of both the News team, and manager of the eSports News Show. Pout - he is one of our most valuable organizers. Practically a Swiss army knife, he's never had any problems multitasking and carrying the event by himself, as he really liked to point out! His incredible competency aside, Pout has always been the soul of our cherished event calls, as there's never been a boring event with him with us in the calls. He's always there, he's always a blast to have around, and he's always putting in his best efforts and ensuring everything works out as it should during the events. And as if that wasn't enough, he never had any problems going above and beyond his given responsibilities and perform whatever task that's given to him. There were countless nights I stayed up with Pout till late in the AM just working on Event artworks, which he provided with excellent quality and made at least a dozen events possible with his talents. Pry - he is one the very few broadcasters who proved that he is a very trustworthy person in a very short time since he was added to the broadcasting team, always learning new techniques to show the most heated up situations while they are happening on the battlefield of the eSports live streams, keeping the viewers into the scene always, as a broadcaster you have to do lots of multi-tasking, from doing the giveaways which happen on the streams, following and always paying attention to what the commentators are saying, so the true fans never miss any moment, streaming in the most smooth way and the highest quality possible, so it always feels like the viewers were using spectator mode by their own! Pry has done over 60 streams, totaling it up to 70 hours and 26 minutes! And more to come in the future. It doesn't stop here, he always looking forward to upgrading his equipment to deliver even more smooth experience to the viewers who follow up the stream, the live stream team has been a very good place to be at since he was added to the helpers team. Thank you Pry! rubi_GTO - he's always calm, competent, and does his job to such a perfect extent that it's sometimes suspicious. I've seen many helpers come and go as an Administrator, very few of them had his persona and even fewer rose to his standards of work performance. We're incredibly lucky to have someone as marvelous as Rubi by our side, as he's been a backbone to our team throughout this year's most difficult months with remarkable activity and yet he never forsakes quality for quantity - always serving both of them to the maximum extent of his ability. Sabry.Superman - familiar and friendly face to anyone who has needed help this year, Sabry has always been around and happy to give help. He started the year writing more articles than the French Newspaper was even able to publish and finished it with more messages in the #support channel in the Tanki server than many have in total! He has also accumulated a few other roles, including contest organiser and successful event hoster in the player-created events initiative. Congratulations, and we wish him the best of luck in 2022! Super_Nickson - the head of the eSports Discord server's moderation team, this helper is a jack-of-all-trades in management. On top of developing a special bot to help mute and ban violators, he brought about significant changes that revolutionized the moderation workflow and leads a thriving team. SuperJohn - he is a very skilled broadcaster and a true asset for the Livestream team, he’s one of the people that make sure the eSports fans don’t miss a second during those tense moments in eSports matches that we all love to see. Being an eSports broadcaster is no easy job, there are a lot of background processes to take care of which you can’t mess up, and besides that you have to be very precise in capturing the right moment from the right angle to not miss a single thing. This suits him perfectly since he’s good at multi-tasking and generally precise. Besides that he’s great to work with, very friendly to helpers and players alike. Even when he’s not broadcasting he’s often helping out in the stream chat. He’s not only good at what he does, but he’s also extremely hardworking. Despite starting later on in the year he for sure put in a whole year’s worth of effort during this time. During his time as a broadcaster he streamed 73 eSports matches, totaling up to 89 hours and 1 minute. We wouldn’t have been able to do so many amazing eSport livestreams without you. Thank you John! Sweet.Girl - she stood out as the main chat moderator overseeing the Arabic community on the chat lobbies this year. She expressed great judgement and decision making ensuring violators are appropriately dealt with. Venerable - Throughout time in both the Newspaper and the Social Media team, Venerable has always been highly active and willing to help. Creating dozens of articles and contests for the Newspaper has now translated into being one of the friendliest-faced moderators in the TO server, as well as running a very successful fourth season of Tanki Jeopardy! His writing skills have not gone to waste though, becoming the first ever Wiki Content Writer. New Year’s look Of course, we cannot have a Christmas and New Year’s holiday without themed decorations and bright lights. A festive atmosphere will reign in every corner! Mines will turn into cookies (gingerbread cookies, be careful of them). The «Holiday» paint will get its New Year’s look. Christmas rockets will replace gold boxes. Golden boxes will have festive skins and special sounds. The billboards on all the maps will also be updated, and with them, the parachutes on all the drop boxes.
