XT equipment was added to give players something unique to have in their garage. It gives no advantage, but it's very difficult to get it so not many players have it. My old PC is broken, so I'm kind of waiting for it to be fixed (and hoping that the hard drive isn't totally wrecked). Until then I have no access to the file with editable maps, so updates for this topic will have to be halted for a while :(

Well, most "drug clans" actually prefer non-cooldown PRO battles, where all supplies can be activated at once. So yeah, it's spamming. More importantly, most drug wars are played against random teams of players, where usually at least 2 or 3 opponents are not constantly drugging (in a 10-10 player battle). With that kind of difference the drug clan always wins due to simple equipment superiority and a little bit of help from voice communication. The only skill I can think of is knowing the paint protections off by heart and being able to quickly choose the most effective paint to change into. Now if these clans actually play organised drug wars against one another, where all players have M4 equipment and are prepared to use supplies non-stop, then I'll take back what I wrote above.

The number of players in the Russian community is much greater than in the other communities, therefore it's logical that there are many more applications from Russian players than from those speaking other languages. If the players are chosen randomly, then it becomes very likely that the 300 beta testers will all be Russian. OUFA got his main account blocked forever and got multiple chat bans on his alts. I doubt that developers would want to cooperate with someone, who constantly violates the game rules. It is much easier for developers go get feedback from Russian speaking players, since they wouldn't need a translator. This is the only logical reason why pre-beta testing would be biased. Perhaps in the earlier stages of testing only Russian players were invited because the game wasn't translated to English yet.

Well, it's not like knowing that he's online is a massive advantage... And if you think that the messages godmode receives will be annoying, then I'll remind you that there is an option to only receive messages from friends.
