Maybe because there are thousands of battles every day and it's unlikely to randomly meet a particular person? Logic. Most of the time I play CTF on large maps on RU2 server. If you are looking in EN7 Polygon CPs, I'm afraid you're a bit far off.

Answered. Regular 50% sales proved to be too high for the company and started to have negative impact on their income, hence they will be much rarer now.
