Now I would understand if dozens of topics were made on the subject, then you would have a point. ^_^ As for the topic, I believe that there will be merely minor updates, and some "bug-squishing" done to a few pieces of the server. But, we don't really know, it could be anything from another graphics update, to a free Shaft m2 to all Brigadiers.

You have to realize that all of this, with the reduced earning, is intentional, because there are now 30 ranks instead of 27. The earnings are calculated so that a person could have one M3 and M3 combination by Generalissimo; beforehand, you could earn this by Marshal, at 440,000 points earlier. Now, you have to earn 440,000 points more to get M3, and thus, you have to earn more crystals to accommodate. At least, this is what I understand from what the administration said about the subject.

It will take you many weeks of preparation and gaining the trust of so many trolls to help you with your nefarious scheme. But it, and you, can all be undone in less then 5 minutes with a few clicks of a mouse. :)

The ability to change equipment during battle was a glitch with the server, it was not intentional. There was a debate as to whether or not one could be banned for exploiting this glitch, but it was overturned. I believe that one takes a risk when entering a battle, it shouldn't be so easy as to make the "switcheroo" if he finds the battle difficult for his current tank. This is what team mates are for, if you find the battle hard on your tank, stick close to your team mates and cover their own fire! This applies to even the longest of battles, stay strong to your team until the end. A year ago I would have agreed to adding a button that allows you to change your tank, but now that I see the unbalance this causes, I say no. If you really find that you can't fight with your current layout, don't wait until you have 1000 points to change your tank...change it at the beginning!

One of the biggest issues arises from the situation of M1 Mammoth versus M1 Hunter: The M1 mammoth is 3200 (320) crystals; the M1 Hunter is 29,990 (2990) in exchange for 50 health points and 3 speed points. Which price should be changed is up to developers, but there could be middle ground; in a fair system, both could be available for 10,000 crystals (1000). There are many other logical fallacies in the system besides m1 price/rank, which I believe should be tweaked in amendments to the Rebalanced system.

It was planned in Tanki Online 2.0, so it should be a planned feature in the future. Have patience, I know this year will bring many new things to Tanki Online.

I agree, and that the solution should be: if a Firebird and Freeze attack an enemy at the same time, the enemy should be both slowed and burning! And if friendly fire is activated, well, this is a difficult situation; it cannot be done so that Freeze and Firebird do not damage team mates...so best to leave it as is.

The old graphics had a much darker tone to them, like a true war game, which is dark and gritty. And the new graphics are light and bouncy, like a childrens cartoon! :lol: Although they have much more depth and clarity. (it was extremely difficult to tell m0 and m1 apart in the old graphics)

In a future update, I would like to see the addition of weather, especially rain and snow; a night-time mode for each map would also be very nice. Even though it has been suggested hundreds of times, it is a very popular wish nonetheless. I would also like an update with amendments to the new graphics: For instance, bringing back the dark Ricochet m3 shots (m1 is darker shots than the rest!), and return the old "eye" of Shafts m1, m2, m3; the red Railgun shot. And, enable the fans on the Freeze to spin, and make the blue headlights of the m3 hulls a little bit more prominent. Of course, this would all be havoc on the slower computer, so it should all be toggle-able. As should features which most likely slow down the game, such as fast particles, tank tread movement, and fancy graphics; they should all be toggle-able. Amendments to the equipment as well: To return some of the power of the Thunder, its shot is too small and not enough recoil to climb walls as it used to be. And, to increase the ammunition box of Ricochet, increase from 11 to perhaps 15 or so, to encourage more tankmen to use it. The Freeze should also be modified, its effect of freezing last particularly long, and becomes annoying when facing multiple Freezes in one team. Also, increase the speed of the Viking, right now at m3 it is slower than the much bulkier Dictator, which does not make sense. Next, an increase to the reload speed of the Firebird, it expends fuel much too fast compared to its refueling rate. Lastly, to decrease the knockback of the Twins shot, even if only slightly. There also should be changes to the information given in the game; for instance, the Wasp is cited as being for Recruits, when this was truly changed to Hunter. But this is simply trivial, it is not necessary, but generally adds clarity to the users who read the information and think, "but what does it mean?" And you should bring back the Madness map, so many tankmen loved the Space version (well, I did :P ) To revamp it, so that the flags are on the top rather than bottom, and all the crystals drop at the top too, so mults will have a hard time camping for crystals in the heat of war. Lastly, in a future update, I would like to see the addition of water elements to the maps!

Math is the fundamental language of the universe; for example, you cannot deduce the number of crystals left for the tank upgrade without doing math. Nor could the server calculate what to add to your crystal count after a long heated battle; without math, it wouldn't know what to do or how much to add. You may not like math, as many others don't, but you must accept that math is everywhere, you cannot escape it!

But the fact of the matter is, compare how many Smokys you saw in a Marshal battle last year, and then compare it to now. The strength of Smoky increases, so the price must also increase, this is one of the simple factors of the trade of strength versus cost.

I wonder would a tankmen from 2009 would say if he saw this!
