Well, it is possible, but in order to do this, we must first find an administrator or two who know to speak Arabic and/or Russian very well. Next, we need several moderators to monitor the forum, and they too must be Arabic (we have only M0STFA at the moment) Then, it is a matter of translating every basic forum element into Arabic and the administrators working it from there! No, you should probably refrain from saying such things, as interpretation is left to the moderation, who may decide that what you say is inappropriate and remove it!
