The Test Server opens when a new feature is ready for the mass-testing; as of yet, there is nothing to test at the moment, so the server has no true need and is closed until the time arrives to open. Since we don't know when a new feature is ready to be tested, you can try to check the Test Server every day, and hopefully you will have luck ;)

I stated this in the official discussion topic, and I will state this here, that the winner of the battle has been severely punished for what he did not do. :unsure: The fact of the matter is, that those below him have taken the fund from the winner, which can cause a massive loss of profit if you are a strong and fair playing tanker. What I believed is that to install a "winner multiplier" in the fund, which multiplies a winner's base fund reward by a number slightly greater than 1, to account for lost profit. Many people do not agree with the update, because they are fair players who have been punished for what those who did not express as much effort have said. They say that the new system is "democratic" in nature, but rather, the new system is not democratic, it is socialistic. -_-

Although I am happy for the benefit of the younger tanks, in that they get more for the fact that they did not get first, I am angered that the hardworking winners have been punished by the new system of fund distribution. The kind of system where you share crystals for everyone is not democratic(as you say), but rather it is socialistic. I find it saddening that the winner receives less than before simply because the others did not do as well, where is the logic in this? I understand you wish to make the game moreso appealing for those who do not get first every time, but at the expense of the appeal of winning the fund? Why? One solution for this problem is to instill a private "winner multiplier" where it takes the base fund that the would normally be received, and multiplied by a number slightly better than 1. Which would account for the massive loss in profit which came with this update.

I actually now find it much harder to gain feasible rewards, due to funds being split thoroughly. I fear that for younger tanks, they will not be able to earn fast enough to keep up with the demand of the enemy! I believe that the current rates of the crystal box drop should also increase by ten times, as they are, in most cases, few and far between, which is not good for the morale.

What you see is the disappearance of a clear pattern from the old Tanki version. You see, the old prices were set to multiples of 3 or themselves; The new prices are not set to any strict pattern besides the rank of availability (although there are some instances where they charge more for a gun that is available earlier) I believe they should bring this pattern of sorts back, although how exactly it should be done is up to the scrutiny!

Minecraft is a good game with millions of players all over the universe, it won't be hard to find a few here, in fact, you are speaking to one right now ;)

This is a long awaited update, I am sure the developers eager to put this into play and help the everyman who does not always get first, but will still earn plenty.

Testers are determined in the application, which is found at the Test Server site in the form of a link. General requirements are only that you speak well Russian and that you fulfill what the application/developers is looking for! Beyond this, I am unsure, but it would not hurt to ask current Testers about the system, I believe a few do speak English, good luck to you :)
