It appears, after a test, that the Isida can be heard, but if the volume is to a painfully-loud amplification. :( What should be done is that the sound of the Isida itself should be increased by a few factors, to make it more easily distinguishable in the heat of battle, when there are other much louder noises around. To me it sounds like an alien landing craft :D

Try to use other materials than Wool, it would give a better appearance; try using things such as Obsidian, Lapis, Diamond, Gold, Iron, among other minerals.

Is that so? In all of my days playing Tanki, I have not heard of it; maybe I have a bad hearing :lol: But if it does exist, then the topic of the post changes, from the matter of the Isida having no sound to being too quiet for most user to hear normally.

That is a remarkably crude thing to say. To the topic maker, it is who you are that determines which gun you get. Are you a dynamic user, who is good with rebound physics; then you find Ricochet will be the better buy. Are you a sniper, a defender; then the Shaft is for you, but it would not hurt to try Railgun as well.

Ricochet is for the dynamic user, who is found in the heat and in the cold of war. Shaft is for those who defend to the last shot, and can attack from far far away. There is no question of who is stronger, it is a question of who you are.

Although two passwords would be extremely secure on your behalf, it would be better if most users simply kept the first password to themselves.. On the topic of visible e-mail, it is visible on my account, but I do not fear, for my password is long and I do not give it away to scam artists and tricksters :lol: That is the only instance you should fear; people who hack into your account without knowing your password, is impossible, because there's a system in place to prevent constant guessing.

Tankmen, As you may know, the Isida gun is a silent killer; it does not emit much sound as it attacks others. This is contrary to the other weapons, such as Thunder, which make plenty of noise in their attack of enemies. At first, I believed this to be a glitch in my sound system, but then I knew others could not hear the Isida very well, so it is then a game feature. But why? The quiet nature of Isida is a grievance to the unwary Shaft users and other players who are focused on other enemies. You may call the Isida, the "ambush predator" and leave it at this, no harm. However, there may be a benefit to adding the louder sound effect to the Isida's attack. And the sound does not have to be extremely loud and annoying, simply a sound enough for players to acknowledge the Isida's presence. What do you think? To give more sound to the Isida? Is it fair or unfair, and to whom? I have also posted this to the Feedback, I am waiting for it to clear the moderation first :)

Actually, in some hours the servers can become quite full. Look at the Schedule of the Servers Load, for example. A represents the peak of server usage, when there are probably 2000+ people per server. B represents the 'trough' of server usage, and is centered around the server restart (the little cliff inside the trough being when the server stops. This shows that there are not always "only" 200-1000 people per server, that there can be a lot of people if you know when to look.

But because both paints would protect against 30%, they should be equal; however, if you are a dynamic fighter, then the multiple-protection paint would be best. There are no single-protection high leveled paints, just for a note! But if you are having bad days against a certain gun then by all means purchase the single-protection paint. In my opinion, Tundra would be better if you are frequent in huge maps...you should probably stay from paints which have "only" 15% or less protection of a gun. But it is your choice, actually I think Corrosion looks very nice on most tanks. ^_^
