Thank you for reporting this and providing a clear screenshot of the issue. It will be passed on to the developers. I can't tell you exactly what happened, but it's most likely a combination of events that caused the error. You can find more information on how errors are caused in VLOG 16.

If something is not in order with the payment you've made and Paygarden cancels your payment for that reason, Tanki will not recieve any payment from you. For that reason your equipment purchases with the crystals you've bought will be reversed. When a situation like this occurs, it is seen as fraudulent (buying crystals but cancelling the payment, thus keeping the money). If you think the reason for the cancelled payment was not legit, you should contact the customer support of Paygarden to ask for clarification on why your payment was cancelled. You can contact them here.

If you know where on your pc the screenshot is located, all you have to do is click on "Choose file" on the form under "Please attach your screenshots". Then in the pop-up, you can locate your screenshot and click on "Open". That should do it.

Please understand the difference between a 'ban' and a 'block'. A ban restricts the player from using the CHAT (both in the forum, lobby chat and in-game chat). A block restricts the player from entering the account, if an account is blocked, the player cannot play, but if a player is banned he or she can play, just not talk. Which program are you using to run Tanki? And does the error occur more often in certain maps? You can use this form to contact the technical support about it. They should be able to help you further. You can try the tips listed in this article, if those don't work, I recommend using Standalone Flash Player or the official client (which can be downloaded from the homepage) to run Tanki.
