Why can't it be? The join date on the forum simply shows the first time a player has logged into the forum. They don't necessarily have to have made any posts.

Make sure to check your spam folder. If it's not there, do contact the help desk. In that case you'd best contact the help desk for assistance.

You should receive the rewards after the server restart.

I also never particularly liked it when players on the other team said GG in chat after a completely unbalanced battle. I don't consider easy wins good battles, nor do I consider getting spawn killed for half a battle a good game. I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one that feels that way. Though, yes if a battle is fair, perhaps challenging, then saying GG is basically thanking your opponents for the fun game you had. I'd consider it a sign of respect, like @loginci mentioned.

Without players, there'd be no game and the developers would be out of a job. So fact of the matter is that they have to care one way or another. After all, it's in their interest to attract and keep players.

In addition to what @Viking4s said, the developers are aware of the concerns players are having about the mission system. They're looking into different options to improve the way the system currently works. They don't have an approximate date yet though for when to expect any changes.

Have you checked your spam folder for any email from Tanki? As for the paint, you'll only receive it if a total of 10000 early access bundles are sold. Currently there are about 8700 sold, so 1300 more to go.

When players are happy and enjoying the game, they play often and regularly and they spend money on the game. You won't hear much of them otherwise. Items that sell well, events that are a success (in terms of participation) and maps or game modes played most say a lot about what the majority of players like or do not like. The marketing department has a lot of use for game statistics and if they are capable of interpreting those stats correctly, they can draw proper conclusions on what players like. On the forum, players oftentimes come to voice their concerns about something when they're not happy. If they are satisfied and don't run into any issues, they'll simply play the game. Also, we do not only collect feedback from players on the forum, but from all official platforms. That includes social media and in-game chats.

What kind of errors were you getting? Did you take any screenshot by any chance?

The developers are working on fixing it. Unfortunately some complicated issues arose, so it's going to take time to fix.

They all asked for the price of XTs, which was something none of us knew. We can't answer what we don't know and there was nothing to correct there. However, it was clearly stated in the announcement what was going to be discounted, XTs weren't among them.

In the Black Friday announcement, the following was stated: There will be sales, a bundle and skins (notice how these are three different, separate things?) There will be a discount on crystals, premium, paints, kits, golds and containers (notice how it doesn't say skins?) During the event you can buy skins (what's special about this is not that they're discounted in any way, but that they're all available outside of containers that depend on luck) Shortly put, it was never said that skins were going to be on sale. That you're disappointed with the prizes of the skins or that you would have wanted them to be a bit cheaper is completely understandable though.
