Details about how everything will be converted to the new system will be told in next week's V-LOG. Everything before that will be pure speculation.

That's not what's going to happen. The modules will be converted into single protections. Those protections can be combined in any combination of three protections and be applied to your tank as a triple module. I remember having a discussion about this with another player shortly after the paint separation update. That player noted that 4-protection module owners would always have an advantage over newer players and it's impossible for newer players to even it out. The player said that it's not fair that they only got that advantage because they were lucky enough to play during a certain time. If you look at it like that, is it really that wrong? Does that surprise you? :lol: Since they spoke of conversion, this isn't going to happen. How the conversion will be executed exactly, we'll find out next week. Yes, you can make any number of combinations of three with the 14 protections.

In that V-LOG it was mentioned that they decided to make it for HTML5. In V-LOG 161 they said they changed their approach and switched from HTML5, which directly improved performance.

I remember it was mentioned in a V-LOG a while back that they decided not to make the mobile version on HTML5. I don't remember which episode it was though. I'll let you know once I find it.

You answered your own question: They simply can't be everywhere all the time.

Because they can't do anything with just a profile link. They can only take action if a video showing a clear violation is submitted, or when a player is caught in the act of violating the rules.
