If a turn is completed, your reward is 3 containers. So for every player that has the first turn marked as completed, the reward will be given.

If you want to get nowhere with this event, capture no bonus regions (with 10 or 20 containers) and possibly even drop out of the event (which means no more containers) then yes. For each new turn, the kill quota depends on how many players completed the first turn and which regions are being attacked. You are correct when saying that ONLY if you made 200+ kills and voted on the previous day (during Strategy Phase). They'll be able to reach it one day earlier than the rest, but in the end, all factions will be able to reach the bonus regions and get the same amount of containers from them. What's important is that the factions capture them, not so much when (obviously before the War is won).

Valentine's Day event and Iron Days have been celebrated around the same time pretty much since this game started. It's not like you can just change the dates of these events or like TO randomly picked those dates themselves. If you don't want to get this animated paint, don't open any containers while the Iron Day celebrations are on, no harm done. For the event called War.

The kills will count even if you kill players from the same faction. The total number of kills to reach the goal is unknown.

All factions are equally far away from the double bonus regions. Though you shouldn't worry all too much about it, there'll be enough turns for each faction to reach and capture the bonus regions. Yes you do, if your faction doesn't manage to do that before Battle Phase ends, the region won't be captured.

Because of all the issues the site had yesterday. Many players weren't able to complete the first turn due to no fault of their own. As compensation, their turn was marked as completed.

Try Google Chrome. When I try to access the site through Internet Explorer, I just get a black screen, but it works on Chrome. You need to reach a certain kill goal as a faction. You can see the progress in the progress bar on the website. Yes.

Or any other game mode. Any kill you make in non-PRO battles today counts towards the faction kill goal. You can play on any non-PRO map.

I think you're referring to this post: Enemy team, meaing if you're playing on the red team, you kill players from the blue team and vice versa. If you're playing in DM, you destroy everyone around you. In other words, it doesn't matter which faction they're from.
