Every other day you had to vote on the special site and make 200+ kills in non-PRO battles. If you didn't do both, you didn't get credited for that turn. Perhaps you didn't participate in the turn where your faction captured a bonus region?

The plan is to have more editions of the War in the future. Most likely not. Unknown. No. Because those maps are not included in the standard (non-PRO) battle list. Most of the maps that are not included in the standard battle list are not suitable for 10 v 10 game play, which is the default team size in standard battles.
