What are common battle funds for the gold box to drop?
jazz20 replied to The-Parkour-Master in Archive
A good example to tell of what is saying is once, I started a battle right after the server update and 3 gold boxes fell in the first 25ish minutes of the battle. That was a very very lucky battle to be in. An unlucky example was I was in three 45 minute NOISE battles and not one gold fell, which was pretty bad. Gold only falls by chance. Consider yourself lucky if you catch one ;) -
Go with Hornet m1. Hornet as you probably see in battle is one of the most popular hulls and for a good reason. It has decent speed, can work with most turret, and is the first hull you can unlock M3. Hornet is always best with turrets like isida, freeze, firebird, smoky, and especially raligun, which is considered the best and universal combo in Tanki. Seeing that you already have railgun, hornet m1 would be an excellent addition to your garage. Once you upgrade this combo to m2, almost any m2 clan would be willing to accept you. Don't buy m1 dictator because for one, its performance is rather poor, especially among m2s, and its m3 is unlocked at generalissimo, which is a long long way from now. M2 Dictator will also become very weak as you start to go into the Brigadier+ ranks just because other m3s can easily overpower an m2. Don't buy a paint because after you go up 2-3 more ranks, there will be much more paints available for you to get. By then, you should be able to know which turret is hardest for you to fight against, and thus, make your best judgment on which paint to buy. Of course, if you do want to buy a paint, Tundra would be your best option. Hope I helped :)

Since Tanki said they will edit the paints plus add more, I would go with wait. It's always better to be safe than sorry and given that troubles may arise and Tanki's lack of fixing/editing any individual's problems, even if they may seem unfair, is always a sign that it's better to see what Tanki plans on doing to the game instead of guessing. I would wait.....

Based on my experience in battle, I see much more thunders roaming around the field than I see twins. Of course, there are incidences where you may come across a heavy mammoth/twins defender, but these cases are not common. Also, since Thunder M2 is unlocked much sooner than Twins M2, thunders are more common in battles. Another thing to note is thunder m3 is one of the first M3s anybody can get, while Twins m3 is unlocked much later at Marshal (hence Thunder will be more popular at your ranks and at Brigadier). So, I would go with Cedar. Hope I helped :)

Isida is your best choice because it provides an array of options to get experience points. For one, isida is considered one of the best CTF turrets because of its self-healing effect, allowing you to attack enemies on your trail while healing yourself or lowering your enemie's damage effect. If you don't feel like fighting, you can just run around your base and heal any tanker in need, which gives you a lot of points in the end.

He's not connected to Chernobyl. If you look closely in the newest V-log, at the 2:50 time, if you look up at the upper right corner, you can see Godmode_ON destroyed 2 players, showing that he's DEV. The first V-log with his appearance followed by this V-log screw-up just ruined the idea of Godmode being a "mystery."

Yes 1-2 but that's it. I'm just trying to tell players that too much MUing can be a bad thing. I don't want players to make the same mistake I made with my isida m1 :(

You are a long way from reaching colonel rank (unless you play like 8 hours a day) so I highly recommend you buy 1-2 other m2 turrets. This will allow you to have a greater variety in gameplay as well as have fun in battle. Seeing that smoky is best at moderate-long range battle, one turret you should consider getting a close-combat turret. Two turrets I would recommend you get are either isida m2 or fire m2. Isida is very effective in helping you rank quickly as well as either defend by healing your teammates or by attacking and capturing flags thanks to its self-healing ability. Firebird is also a good turret to consider because it is a BEAST with double power on, especially if you happen to come across a clump of enemies and take out 4-6 of them at once :D . If you are interested in joining clans and participating in clan wars, then I suggest you get m2 railgun. Railgun hornet is considered by most Tanki players to be the best and most universal combo in the game. Also, having m2 railgun will get you into almost any m2 clan. Hope I helped :)

Lol Hazel-Rah said there wouldn't be such a thing. It's on the second page of this topic.

This topic is done unfortunately :( -_-

One thing to look at when buying paints is who you think will be the hardest opponent to play against. Seeing that you will have mammoth twins m2, you will predominantly defend in CTF matches. So, in such battles, what would be your worst enemy. Obviously, twins is brutal against tankers who use hulls like hornet and wasp, which are commonly seen with close-combat hulls mounted on top of them. Such examples would be isida, freeze, firebird, and hammer. Another thing to also know is if you are combating any close-combat turret, you will be going head on with your unlimited twins. Safe to say, with back up, you would probably win that fight. Hammer, as we have seen so far, is predominantly best at defending, so among skilled players, you probably would not see to many of them near your flag. Thus, you shouldn't buy paints that provide protection to these turrets. So, the next turrets to look at are turrets that shoot from a moderate-long range. The turrets to look at are thunder, railgun, ricochet, and smoky. Don't buy a paint that protects you from shaft (winter for example). In maps like Silence, Noise, and Superhov, you shouldn't worry too much about shafts because they are predominantly best in battles located in Highway, Stadium, and Lost Temple, although you should be careful of the little openings that give shaft access to enemy bases in Silence and Superhov. These maps would not be suitable for your mammoth twins combo so this shouldn't really be that big of an issue for you. When looking at thunder, railgun, ricochet, and smoky, you want to be able to know which turrets you are going to be up against. Seeing that Thunder is one of the earliest m3s anybody can get, as well as Smoky being the latest m2 and railgun being one of the universal turrets for all tankers, it would be fitting that you probably get a paint that provides protection predominantly to one of these turrets. Ricochet m2 starts to fade away from the battle seen as you go up into the Major General battles, although it will return to the scene at Commander, where it becomes available at M3, but that's a long way from now. So, in my opinion, you should get a paint that protects you predominantly from a either smoky, railgun, and thunder. So, here is a list of the best paints available at your rank and below that provide protection from these 3 turrets. Smoky: Hohloma, Savanna (unlocks Brigaider but I would highly recommend you get at the next 50% sale) Railgun: Digital, Tundra Thunder: Rustle, Cedar Another good paint to consider is Urban, seeing that when you are battling it out with other twins, you most likely will go head on with them. It provides a massive 40% protection from twins plus a decent 20% Isida!!!! But, remember that as you rank up higher and higher, you may see more m3s than you see m2s, although m2 twins may be more common due to the fact that it is one of the more powerful M2s. Note: One new turret that has not been introduced yet to tanki but will come to the game in the next few months is the machine gun turret (Magnum probably). We do not know the physics or stats of this new turret although it may prove effective against larger tanks at a large distance, especially if it has a larger range than twins and can easily outshoot a twins. Just putting things into perspective. Hope I helped :) :) ! *My advice is always based on my own experiences from playing this game.

Definitely go with Twins m2. It is OP and an awesome weapon to use in pretty much any battle format. Twins m2 with drugs will obliterate its enemies, especially hornet m2. Also, you can do some pretty fun tricks with m2 twins, like parkour and wheelies. The paints to be afraid of when using twins are Roger, Urban, and Rock (field marshal). Spark and Electra can also be a pain sometimes. Only buy shaft if you are sure that you will use it in battle. TBH, shaft is not the best choice of weapon to use except for in matches that take place in Highway, Lost Temple, Dusseldorf maybe?, and Stadium. It is a pretty so so turret in Superhov. It is pretty clumsy to use in Silence and polygon. But ultimately, if you plan on ranking up quickly and want to see more action, I would definitely go with Twins m2. I have seen many players at your rank dominate using m2 twins and m2 mammoth. Hope I helped :)

M3 Viking: If you moderately drug, already have m3 hornet or plan on getting one soon, if you have any moderate distance turrets, such as Smoky m2, Thunder M3, or Rico m2. Viking is also pretty good for pretty much all battle formats CTF, TDM, DM, and CP. M3 Freeze: If you have m3 hornet, if you don't mind defending in a CTF match, a predominantly CTF player, if you already have a moderately ranged turret such as thunder m3 or smoky m2.

You should contact/pm major EN community members about their opinions on Tanki's newest updates including the issues with making battles, absence of crystal boxes, gold box changes, opinions on new turrets and if there are any future issues, etc. Don't ask mods who in most cases are going to talk softer than the actual players. Dive directly to the sources. That's what I would do if I were a reporter.......

Please Tanki don't mess up on things like this. Tanki is starting to get a bad rep......sorta in some cases. With all these rapid updates and casual mistakes like this may be enough to make some players leave.............

If I were you, I wouldn't buy a paint until you at least ranked up 3-4 more times. The reason being is the paints that are available to you right now are best effective at the m2 level. Once you reach Warrant Officer 5, the paints that start to become unlocked in your garage will become more suitable and much more effective in battle than paints that you buy right now. I would not recommend buying a paint that predominantly protects you from shaft unless you yourself are a major shaft player. Here are a few paints that provide decent protection from isida and Rico: Isida: Electra, Rustle. Rico: Desert, Spark, Hohloma. Hope I helped :)

Railgun hands down. We just don't know that much about what the Devs are planning to do to hammer.
-
I would recommend railgun m2. Railgun Hornet is one of the best and most powerful combos in the game as well the combo that would give you almost unlimited access to joining in any m2 clan, that is if you are into that sorta of thing. Railgun would also be a good addition to your garage because you do not have a long range m2 turret. So, railgun would open you to a variety of gameplay. :)

valid Stickers, symbols, decorations on your tank

IDK I think Decals would make the game look kind of childish. That's just my opinion tho -
Rail is a good option for m2 if you love to do clan battles and like to dual other tankers. Rico is good but most effective if you have skill. If you have a fast computer and would like to master Tanki's toughest gun, go for it. Freeze is very effective if you are mainly a CTF attack/defending sort of player. Isida is good if you want to rank up quickly as well as don't mind letting other players take flags while you heal them from behind. I grew up with Isida and it helped me gain experience and skill in close combat fighting, so that would be my choice. Tundra is also a good paint to MU, but only slightly on the railgun parameter (like 2-3 times). If you are considering getting another paint, I would recommend Spark, Python, Electra, or Cedar, although python or electra more because you already have a paint that protects you from a distant turret. These two paints protect you from a close-combat turret.

The best time was before Tanki decided to change everything, especially the way battles are made now :(
-
What paints do you currently have right now?
-
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. I just don't see the need. The initial MUs will only be effective really for 2-3 ranks. After that, you are facing possibley a better version of your turret or stronger enemies. I prefer to selectively drug just because you always get them in daily gifts.
