Actually, all turrets are equal when configuring their individual dynamic aspects. If you nerf the freeze it will reduce it's effectiveness more than any turret on the field, because it's a close-range weapon. It would be no different than saying that the shaft should be "nerfed", where that's a long-range weapon.

It's amazing how animals live with us humans. We take them in, maybe because they touch our soul in a way that reminds us of what we are. We need food, shelter and care, if not to be loved.
