Definitely Firebird It is the only weapon that can take out any tank (specifically Heavy Hulls) with one Full Bar considering the After Burn damage too Neither Freeze or Isida can do that kind of damage which Firebird possess Just to add up Even in the description of Firebird it says that "In close quarters, there is no better weapon than Firebird" which is very well said :3

First of all you are comparing between a short range and an unlimited range weapon which have a total different style of gameplay cause of the vast difference in range Freeze might have the upper hand in small distances but still you can try to shoot him with arcade mode whereas if the distance is increased then the Freeze is helpless so he can't possibly do anything and has no choice but getting sniped by you and that is a huge advantage to you, now that case is different if you purposely go in front of a freeze trying to kill it in close combat. After all shaft was meant to be the sniper as said by yourself And btw It's not only shaft that get's destroyed easily by a freeze, you ever saw a rail beating a Freeze face to face? In fact a Freeze can kill any tank regardless their weapon if the freeze effect is used properly
