Hey everyone! We are happy to say that Update 200 is ready. From now on battles will look a lot more spectacular as we have finally added the long-awaited light effects from shots and explosions to the game. But of course, you better see it for yourself. Here is what you need to check the new effect out. — Your computer must support hardware acceleration in Flash. — Make sure you enable dynamic lighting in settings. — The effects will not work in the constrained mode. To check what the mode your system works in, follow this link and watch the Flash demonstration at the bottom of the page. It will say which mode you are using. If it says that the system supports Baseline profile or both Baseline and Constrained profiles, the effects will work. If it says that that the gpu only supports Constrained profile, the effect will not work. But that is not all. Several other changes have been made to the graphics system of the game. Here they are: 1. You can now see a new checkbox called Anti-aliasing in the settings menu. Disabling it will increase your FPS but the game will loose a bit in terms of graphics’ quality. 2. Players with different monitors now have identical viewing angles. Owners of 4:3 screens used to have a better vertical angle. 3. Previously, the game looked gray and dull without dynamic shadows. Now battles will become brighter and more enjoyable even if shadows are off. This is the result of color correction and lighting without shadows. That’s it. See you on the battlefield!

Regarding the gap in announcing news as such, there is no gap. The thing is that the information about Top League tournament has nothing to do with our community as the Top League itself only consists of Russian clans. I have no idea why Germans posted it, just an unnecessary piece of information. Some guys have problems with reading walls of text, this way they can concentrate on what really matters. Same thing with information about Streams, I skipped this bit on purpose as we plan to stream not only Top League battles. We will stream the most interesting battles no matter what league thay play in. The thing is that if you don't find something mentioned in a EN topic when this bit exists in a RU one, it doesn't mean someone is too lazy to translate everything, it means that texts are adapted for the needs of community, if you want me to work like a robot and give you 100% exact translations about things that don't relate to our clans in any ways, I will do it. About being closer or further from servers, I think it's no secret that we are moving to European servers quite soon (January most likely), so the best ping will be in Europe.
