130 golds, took me 5 seconds. And just check if the video is continuous, unedited

One of the last *active* owners of that mission ^^ Was it even worth keeping that one? The 3rd mission place is better imo, even if you complete only one or two missions a day.

+ Maf :X What if someone has 3 modules with rail protection 45%. Or 3 single module, fully microupgraded are a lot cheaper, than one tripple full MU. (3x100k vs 450k) It would be way fairer to convert them to new modules according to "crystals spent on them", regardless if you bought all of the MUs in 50% sale - you could do it the same way in new system aswell. It's not been said yet if a 50% protection now will equal to 50% protection after update, and the exact way how they will be transfered. Yes, we assumed the conversion of XT's, since that one was almost 100% clear, and still we weren't completely right, since we couldn't expect them refunding the extra in batteries. He tho, there are quite a number of ways, and the idea from how they want to convert XT's and their MUs could apply also here.
-
New system isn't that kind of custom modules they were probably thinking about back then ;) That system was probably impossible, since players are unable to "create" new things, meaning that they would need to have all possible combination modules available to purchase, and player picking the one he wants by choosing combination of protections. I think, that they just didn't want to put hundreds and thousands of "new" modules in garage/their databases. The new system is same like paint separation update :P Before a paint came with protection, now you equip them on their own. Now you equip and combination of protections, in the new system you can equip 3 different modules, they are independent.
-
There was a example, that if you have few MUs on normal, and few MUs on XT, they will recount them (according to price, probably), and give a few more microupgrades to the final item. As if you spent all those crystals on MUing only one of them. I suppose, that answers your question, just instead of few MU on normal and few on XT you have 0 on normal and full XT. One more question. Modules will be converted to the new system the same way like XT and normal turrets/hulls? Meaning, that the new protection's MUs will depend on the amount of crystals you spent on microupgrading the current modules, and not on their percentage? In other words, a 50% protection from railgun in this system does not ensure a 50% protection in the new system, in case that the current module was cheaper, than the new one will be.
-
I guess they just wanted to explicitly point out, that ALSO LGC modules will be converted to the new system. For a moment I thought the same, but then I checked back, for "We will convert old modules into new modules". No reason to just remove them, refunding the extra in batteries is worth it for them, because it's a new feature, and people will be buying new things anyway, cause why not.
-
Not quite what I expected, but... wow. :o So all modules will be "removed" - converted to the new system, and any extra MUs or protections will be refunded with batteries. I want to ask, what will happen, if on a mid rank account there is older module, let's say "LGC tundra". Microupgraded, it has 45% protection from rail, however, M2 modules have only 25% protection, and can be microupgraded up to 35%, which is still 10% less than the tundra's protection. What will happen in such cases? Will these be converted into a M2 rail protection, fully MUed with 35% and the rest given as batteries, or there will be a module with 45% protection given? It's nice to get some extra supplies, but it's not the same as the protection.

NO WAY. People keep thinking we want to use only M0, but it's not true. :P Sometimes a M1 fits the trick, sometimes even M0, and sometimes a speed is needed, or we can do the trick with a full M3 weigth, so we use M3. This problem could be solved by ability to choose a modification you want to equip. If you have M3, you can choose M0, M1, and M2 (fully MUed). And to avoid abusing this in normal battles, allow this only for parkour battles. I'd like to mention, that afaik, there was not a single thing said about what exactly will happen, except for "players won't loose their upgrades", so even tho this has been told for a while, it's still not confirmed, even tho it's basically only way to transfer XT's into skins, and let players keep all their modifications, equipment and MUs. Right?

Been waiting for so long, exactly 6 days  The question is. Drones = overdrive?

Unlike multiply modules, fully MUing XT doesn't give you any advantage. It's simply a fancy version of classic one. Owning 2 modules fully MUed, both sharing railgun and thunder protection (third one is different) are 2 unique and powerfull pieces of equipment, unlike a normal and XT M4. It was mentioned long time ago, XT's will eventually transfered to skins (yes, at that time, it wasn't anything certain), but it was repeated a few times recently, that skins are coming, coming, coming, XT missions were removed, etc... If you bought and MUed a XT, while already owning classic M4, you did it at "own risk", since you knew, something will happen to them, and since you already own a M4, you are simply buying a very expensive skin. If you upgraded the XT long time ago, maybe a year or two, you got what you wanted, driving around in fancy full MU XT, being something more than a random regular player who can hardly get the classic M4, or you simply just liked the design, and wanted to use it, so you payed for the extra. What happens now? You still keep the extra. You had no advantage over normal players before, and still don't. If you say, now some players got a free M4 XT, because they have M4 and M3 XT, but you payed twice for the same thing (even more), it's true. But did anyone force you to do it? You enjoyed the M4 XT before the other players could, and payed extra for that. In short -"people will get the same as me, even tho I payed twice more" - they will get the same NOW, while you had it BEFORE, and it was said a bunch of times, repeated, so that people know it will happen soon, and MUing both normal and XT may be a waste of crystals, as you say. -nothing gets taken away from you, you still have the same thing, and it doesn't change the fact that guy over there was worse than you, he still is. -it's not 2+2=2 it's " '2' OR '2' =2 " I have similar problem, I will probably loose my M1 wasp I use for parkour, because I own XT M4 wasp (which I bought for battles). I bought it and quite quickly MUed over a year ago, but I knew this conversion will happen one day, I bought it, because I wanted to use wasp M4 for battles, AND keep M1 for parkour - even if I spent that half million and loose either M4 or M1 few months later. Well, I enjoyed both for a year, and I'm happy I did it, whatever is gonna happen. I guess I mostly repeated what maf said, and if that wasn't enough, oh well, you probably won't take this :/
-
And then there is me... First of all, the most important thing to do is WAIT till this friday to see, how it's actually gonna happen. It's hard to say anything now, since we barely know what's going on. :P

If we are talking about fixed protections like old LGC modules (let's say africa) - honestly, at least one of the protections from these old 4-slot modules is always useless. However, some of these modules had a OP protections combination, back in the day raccoon was one of the best modules, because -amazing protection from hammer, one of very common and great turrets -isida was simply OP, nothing else to say, the protection was weaker, but still good -vulcan was even more annoying -that "small" protection (upgraded 30% isn't small anymore) from railgun can't be overlooked, it saved a viking from DD rail oneshot ;) That was a lucky one, however, on the other hand, picasso wasn't that good (I know, very long time ago the situation was different). Yes, it has good protections, but you hardly see exactly those 4 in a single battle. Mostly, these 4-slot modules weren't that effective, as the new ones, providing wider variety of protections, and with 50% after fully microupraded :o However, I'm quite sure in each battle you will find 4 common turrets you'd like to get protected from, let's say magnum, rail, and maybe there are 2 annoying isidas, or a camping shaft (or two), you could choose anything. Variety > high %

I like this idea, well, except for those quad modules. I think a tripple protection is just enough, however, if you can choose your own protection combination... Hmm, worth thinking. Both ways, if you could get a quad module which would exactly fit the battle, it would be almost like a spectrum protection. Well, if there is over 2k tripple combos from 14 protections, then imagine the number of "good" quad combos  Good luck searching 5 minutes for the protection you want, while the battle lasts 10 minutes. That's why I don't expect the concept with a number of modules, but only one tripple module with exchangable protections (as it will be).
-
If you look again at my concept, you'll see it's made specifically for players like you, who have tens of modules. :P You may want to read also the post I was quoting, which was talking about "...crystals a system is worth..." - if you want to "fairly" convert a system into a new one, each of them should have similar or same values, or.... make the new one even more expensive. + And if anyone wants to complain about pay2win, the current system is exactly as P2W as the one we suggest. (Now you need to pay for the protection variations, and in our suggested system, you'd have to pay for 50% protection from ALL of them, meaning, you could have a relatively versatile range of protections for affordable price). ;)
-
Weren't you suggesting just expensive extra "presets"? :X
-
Or to make the relatively cheap at start, and later on let the prices rise exponentially, so that players will be able to buy 35% protection from many turrets, however, microupgrading to 50% will be almost impossible - meaning only the most hardcore players and biggest buyers will have full 50% protection from everything. On the other hand, the last 5-10% pretection doesn't make much of a difference, right? Or don't fix prices for each of the modules, and let them get more expensive, as you buy more of them. So for example, first M3 single modules costs 50k, second 100k, third 150k etc. If you want a protection from few turrets, you have it. But if you want protection from everything, you must pay, just like it's now. This would work also for M0/M1/M2 modifications, since, if my first idea was applied, you can set module price to 500k, and MU to 2 million, but then, M2 module's MUs will HAVE to cost 500k (total MU cost of a modification is equal to cost of the next modification), and I'm not sure if it's as easy for M2 player to earn 500k, as it is for legend player to earn 2 millions, in other words, if we can call it balanced. Both ways, we got just 5 more days to survive, ehm, wait.

I give minotaur up to 4 weeks ;) I don't think it will take longer.
-
I'd advice everyone to wait for next week's vlog to answer these questions, and just ask everything that comes to your mind, so that it can be forwarded to developers, and hopefully have answered them all. Speculations and arguing with forum mods won't give you answers you want to hear now, and not even nives know (or can say), what exactly will happen. ;) So, my set of questions (if repeated, sorry.): How exactly will current modules be converted to new modules, what will happen to their microupgrades, and what will be the pricing for new modules and it's microupgrades? What will happen to legacy modules/ 4-slot modules? If they will be converted to new modules, what modification will be they be "converted" into? (some of those modules have pretty much high % protections from certain turrets, I'm talking mostly about "M2" modules, but also about modules such as old emerald, which has only 15% or so protection from railgun, while 50% from thunder) How exactly will be XT equipment converted? From what was said, that we won't loose anything, it's assumed, we will be given a turret/hull, and a skin, and the equipment will keep the MUs of the more upgraded piece, however, there was no clarification on it yet. Also, if I have a M1 wasp, and M3 wasp XT, will I be given M3 wasp, and a skin? Will we get an option to use previous modifications of equipment? About juggernaut: I expect, that it won't be always with 10k HP and M4 stats, across all ranks. How will be the stats of the tank chosen? According to rank of the player? According to the equipment modification used in the battle? Also, protection modules will protect you from juggernaut? It's a striker with 2 railguns, so will be striker and railgun protection applied, or it's a separate turret, and there will be no protection from it at all? What about "spectrum modules"? If PRO pass will stay, does it mean, that in private battles we will still be earning experience as usual, and fund will grow aswell? If not, they why? If the decision is made to elliminate powerleveling in private battles, then that shouldn't be a problem. Why? Battle mods will have way less battles to watch out for, now they need to keep an eye on all Non-PRO battles, but after the update, they will have more time to concentrate on all the PRO battles, and should be able to take care of anyone powerleveling or multing way faster. I don't really care myself about this one, but it shouldn't be such a massive economy-impacting problem, after all, non-pro battles bring you way more goodies, especially if the matchmaking will work. Cause if it doesn't... I tried to put in everything I had in mind, maybe there is still something more - just ask, if you have any question :) That's true, he will be able to use any combination, but... that guy who just bought 3 modules and microupgraded them will have it too, while he spent X times amount of crystals less. It's not about "nice, I can use any combo", but it's about comparison with other players. Before the update, he would probably destroy that other player every single time - because he had the protection, but now they would be equal? In short, in the new system they would be weaker than before. Honestly, I really hope, that the new modules will be enourmously expensive, and that the conversion to new modules will be done according to the sum of crystals spent on purchasing and microupgrading the previous modules. In other words a "refund" with instant purchase of the new modules, and auto-microupgrading them. And by expensive I mean 500k for M3 module, and 2 million for it's microupgrade :X Something so that even the player with most M4 modules owned in whole tanki won't have the new modules maxed out after the conversion. :D Or a need to unlock the module slot for exponentially rising price, that would be also interesting.
-
One word. Mindblown. I have a bunch of questions in mind, but I guess they will be answered next week. I just really hope, I'll get an option to use both M1 wasp, and M3 wasp, as I do now, since after the update, the wasp XT will be turned into a skin :/ I love developers bringing modules update sooner than in 2042 (jokes, jokes...) :D And in the best possible version, giving us a choice to create our own module. Rail-magnum protection, here I come. Also thunder-hammer-rail

Hmm, interesting, so it's mostly about the channel name mentioned, or about something, that repeats in each video, so people instantly know it's the same person/channel. Well, there are other ways to make an intro than just pulsing 3d text, that's what I'm talking about. After all it's just my opinion, doesn't have to mean it's bad overall for subscriber/views number, or popularity, but there are certainly more ways to do it. :P PS: I probably shouldn't write it as I did, I just wanted to point out, it's not a required part of the video.
-
Don't make intro :) Why everyone does it? It's not a necessary thing to make your video great. Don't copy from other youtubers, be creative and that includes intros ;) Honestly, I hate the classic, repeating intros, they are all just sooooo bad. I already saw some youtubers make their own, different one, whatever they use, and even tho I don't always like the content, it's atleast somewhat creative.
-
Oh wow, I've been thinking about buying that one last time it was in garage, it was pretty cheap, but I decided to go for last few MUs in sale, since I already have titan M4, dictator and 2 other turrets, and I'd not going to use thunder for anything else than parkour. I guess no more decisions needed
