I think Tankmen's Day, Halloween, and then Christmas. These are the big ones that I know about, but the dev's might sprinkle some smaller ones in as they feel fit. And because Tanki is a Russian game, I did not include 4th of July in the list.

The difference between M2 and M3 Twins is the same way, a 2-point increase. It makes each shot do just a little more, which when bundled up is devastating (unless your opponent has Rock). As for you heavy hull doubts, Titan could be used effectively to attack, assuming that you have Nitro, Double Armor, and a friendly Isida to keep you health up as you get hit going to and from the enemy base. Combined with Twins, enemies will not last long against you. Granted you need the extra support of an additional teammate to pull it off, once a heavy hull has planted itself deep inside enemy territory it is very hard to remove it.

Savannah is meant to take the heat off of Smoky shots. But since MUs can't be used in SLTV, then maybe Needle would be better. I am just saying that you will find Railgun in SLTV, and not Shaft, and you never know when that 20% might leave enough health for you to get hit by a Railgun and then a few Smoky shots as you make you way out of the enemy base. Every point of health matters. The best thing about Rail M3 is the reload time (next would be capability of 100% penetration power). Otherwise it close enough to Rail M2. I would go for Savannah if you play mostly on your own. If you play mostly SLTV, then go for Rail M3.

Check this page out. I think it has what you are looking for. In short, Isida protection is 50%, Freeze is 39%, Hammer is 15%. This is a great paint for close range battle. You just need Zeus (50% Fire/Freeze/Smoky) to fill out the Firebird potential and you are all set for any close range battle. If You are only looking for Isida/Firebird/Freeze protection, you are better off with Lumberjack. If you want to hit Field Marshal in six days, I would suggest you get a 100% SMP (you will make the money back by the rank up alone). Also I really hope that if you are going to push for Field Marshal that you don't have school to worry about.

The only thing that can be made M2 (besides Isida) is Hornet. So buy that. Also maybe Thunder M1. I know you have a lot of M1 equipment already, but Thunder is beast, especially when you go from M0 to M1. The max damage of M0 is the min damage of M1. If you buy Hornet M2, you will not be able to get Thunder M1. In this case, you have to think about what hull and turret you want to use at high ranks. Also keep in mind that the order of buying should go Turret > Hull > Paint. Because of this, I would buy Thunder M1 and MU something or save the rest for something else.

If you look at the Rock MU page on the wiki, you will find something very interesting about the Twins protection upgrades. The first step (to 49%) costs 1,269 crystals. The final step costs 26,122. I think it would be worth it to upgrade to 49%. It is only 1% less than 50%, and that will not make much of a difference, especially against Twins' rapid rate of fire. Also, are you about to rank up? You can't get rock at Marshal...

Savannah has protection against Rail, while Needle has protection against Shaft. Rail is much more common than Shaft. Go Savannah. Only problem I foresee wih it is SLTV has banned Savannah from use in their competitions, at least in Star League. If the ban applies to you as well, then go for Needle. Are you going to be able to rank twice by this sale? Cause you will have to if you want Needle this week...

Hunter and Viking are about the same when maxed out. See one of my more recent posts I discussed this in depth here.

The score multiplier pass increases your personal score for the battle, but does not affect your number of kills or team kills or flag captures. It only works to increase you overall position on the leaderboard; it does not affect the outcome of the battle.

I am assuming you are talking about a different account for this advice. I would go for Clay if the other account is Gissmo, since when it is fully MUed it has 50% against Thunder, Rail, and Rico, three of the most deadly turrets in the game. Unless you always play in small maps against Twins users, then go for Rock.
-
Fracture already provides Rail protection, albeit not as much as Tundra. Cedar would be a great choice since you do not have any Thunder protection and Thunder has become so much more OP after the last update. It is also half the price of Rustle, which has only slightly better secondary protections and the same base Thunder protection. Once you hit Brigadier, you start getting M3 paints. I consider paints available from Field Marshal through Gissmo to be M4, and fully upgraded paints to be M5. My own personal ranking if you know what I mean. :P

Unless you are MUing an M3, you should only MU the first few steps, probably no more than 3 - 5 steps (if that) depending on what you are MUing. The further steps are not worth the crystals unless you have an extreme abundance of crystals that you have no idea what to do with (which you said you don't).
-
I would go with Railgun/Hornet or Hammer/(MediumHull).
-
If you upgrade Smoky M3's reload time to 1 shot/sec and increase the normal damage a little bit your enemies will run for cover every time they see you. However, Thunder does more damage at longer ranges so it is more useful in that regard. If you play mostly on super small maps, go Smoky. If you pay on medium/large maps, get Thunder.
-
You could get Thunder M2 and Cedar, which is 42,500 crystals. Cedar is Rustle's baby brother for half of the price.
-
Go Thunder and Viking. That combo will work well for you on the maps you mentioned as long as you play more supportive, letting your teammates go into melee while you hang back and provide cover fire. Both also unlock their M3 versions earlier than most other turrets/hulls.
-
If you have Hunter, you do not need to get Viking. They are almost identical, with the following differences: Viking M3 having 7.6 additional HP Hunter M3 has .5 m/sec faster top speed Viking M3 accelerates 1 to 3 m/sec2 faster in all forward/reverse/lateral Hunter M3 turns 30o more per second Once fully MUed (even though you said you do not MU much): Viking M4 has 30 more HP Hunter M4 has 1 m/sec faster top speed Viking M4 accelerates 3 to 6 m/sec faster forward/reverse/lateral Hunter M4 turns 30o more per second The differences are not enough to warrant the purchase of Viking as well. Even comparing the M2's, there is about the same difference (except in price). However, Viking M3 unlocks at Lieutenant General, two ranks before Field Marshal when Hunter M3 unlocks. So take that into consideration.
-
RIco M2 is fantastic if you get it when it first unlocks. Now that you are several ranks past that, it would be better to wait until you could buy M1/M2/M3 all at the same time.
-
You have one each of light, medium, and heavy hulls, which is good. As for turrets, I would stick with Firebird for short range (unless you really like healing your teammates, then go for Isida), Smoky and Thunder for Mid range. Thunder can also be used for long range, but it is much better at medium. Only get Rail M3 if you want to do XP matches. MU the damage on you smoky M2 as soon as possible after you get it. Really crank up on its damage to make it a beast until you can get M3 Smoky, at which time hit up the reload time to make it fire one round per second. Really focus on only one or two turrets and hulls. Trying to have three different turrets and three different hulls at the same time will be difficult, especially if you want to MU at all. Also, if you can manage with the noob paints you have right now you should wait until you hit Marshal or above before buying another paint (Emerald is great when it first unlocks, but fully MUed Clay is better). As for your question, Ricochet would go well with the hulls that you have, and it got a lot better from the rebalance.
-
I would get at least one, maybe both, but then save up the remainder of your crystals for Viking M3 once you rank up.
-
I am getting Rock during the B-Day sale, and after that I plan on getting Clay (for the ability of THREE 50% protections against three of the most annoying turrets) and Lumberjack (my high school mascot).
-
You cannot accurately compare a turret to a hull. They serve fundamentally different functions.
-
Most of the paints at your rank are worthless once you rank up a few times. Save your crystals for a better paint, or buy Firebird M2 as you mentioned. It is OP at your rank, but it does begin to lessen in power by the time you are a Marshall, since you will probably be playing with Gissmo's that have Zeus, the bane of Firebird :o .
-
The only thing Dictator M2 would be good for would be for catching Gold Boxes. If you are the lucky sort of player that gets a Gold to fall every battle (and are near enough to it to have a reasonable chance of grabbing it), then go for Dictator. Otherwise, stick to Viking. Viking M3 also unlocks five ranks earlier then Dictator M3.
-
M1 Vulcan is going to get outclassed quickly for you. Between Hammer and Twins, I would say get Hammer is you use more medium hulls and get Twins if you use more heavy hulls.
