AWC Project June Results Another month has passed, and with it comes the results of our latest project. We thank those who took the time and trouble to participate, but we would like to see more entries next time 'round. Now, without further ado, the results! Approved. -Many, many grammar corrections. -Some light rephrasing. Don't use "you are" after "what" in a question. The correct form is "What are you..." not "What you are...". Don't say "much good", it should be "much better".

Firstly, this is not in any specific order, as stated at the start of the list. Secondly, her article got on the list not because she's an ex-reporter, but because it was a genuinely good article worthy of a place on the list.

Hello again, readers! Welcome back to the latest installment of all things AWC related. We've got epic reads, a new project and everything else you've come to expect from this article. Without anymore faffing about, let's get to it. Top 5 Articles of the Month Every month, we receive a few absolutely exceptional articles in the Amateur Writing Section, and we feel that they are worthy of your attention. Here, in no particular order, are the 5 best articles of the month. 1. Newspaper contests: An Inside Look by @M-axis Tweezers: An interesting read, with well put questions and a good conversation with the interviewees. BD30: This article was pro cuz I was in it This interview combined well-planned questions with super awesome interviewees quality interview conversation to make a good article that gives a taste of the 'behind-the-scenes Newspaper'. 2. Story Of My [Tanki] Life by @Sliced Tweezers: Another biography, but a very well written, subtly satirical and entertaining one. Brings back quite a few memories, and perhaps a few regrets too. BD30: This was pretty similar to how I started Tanki (#TheChromebookLife), and I definitely identified with this tale. Definitely well written even if it's in a somewhat common genre in the Tanki forums. :ph34r: 3. Food Wars: A Noodle of Hope by Tweezers: As parodies go, this is refreshingly original and well written. Woof! BD30: Pro story k thx bai. It was quite amusing to read and well written as a parody. 4. A Tanki Online guide: Discover who you are by @zaintahir Tweezers: A pretty solid guide, that nicely covers all the positions that the average tanker experiences in their career. BD30: Overall a very well-encompassing guide about positions on the battlefield that was nice and informative. 5. Inventing Parkour Tricks by @SwiftSmoky Tweezers: Well written, with engaging content and super formatting. Well done! BD30: Parkour tricks <3 The methods were nice and easy to understand, and combined with quality writing and formatting made this an excellent article. Distinguished Members It's very simple. You show us you've got brilliance, and we make sure that you get recognized for it. Congratulations to @zaintahir Project of the Month The project of the month is currently in progress. Actually, if you count it I think you'll find that the word count is 396, or 403 with the title. This is just about enough to get it in, as the word limit is a minimum of 400 words, although such articles are still approved at the Reporters discretion.

Approved. -Grammar edits. -Added a few words here and there to aid clarity. -Added a title. Overall, not a very clear article. There is little to no outline, nor are there specific points. Plus, the entire article has absolutely nothing to explain or justify the title.

Approved. -Grammar and formatting edits -Rewrote some sentences to make them understandable. Overall, the best tip I can give you is to keep track of your tenses, as you seemed to change between present and past tenses way more that is necessary and often in all the wrong places.

Approved. -Corrected a few grammar and spelling errors. -Capitalized where needed. -Added a title. Remember, every time you start a new sentence the first letter of the first word should be a capital. When writing names, such as those of turrets and hulls, and even Tanki, their first letters should also be capitalized. And also, about your tendency to keep adding commas to join sentences, try reading it out to yourself. If you feel like it's dragging on and on, it probably is. A pretty solid guide right here but ordering pizza is a perfectly valid reason to go AFK :ph34r:
