There are admins to watch over moderators. If a mod violates the rules frequently, he shall be dismissed upon the administration's choice. If you got banned unfairly by a mod (because he dislikes you etc etc) and you are absolutely sure he did, report him/her to his admin and you will be unbanned. If they play with you in a CTF, TDM, or CP, you can report them for sabotage, all you need is to post in Game violators section, but make sure to read the rules of the section first *****GAME VIOLATORS SECTION RULES*****, easy and an effective way to put them at a stop, or you can /vote them, if a mod isn't too busy, he might come and kick+ban him and you will be able to play happily ever after :P If they play in a DM with you, well, you have an easy kill then :D Until a new kick system is here, there is nothing else you can really do to stop them, except for the above of course.
