CS mod is very busy, he gets alot of clans and he needs to moderate alot of sections on his own, so please wait.

Just don't, control yourself, know your playing style and know what guns you like what hulls you prefer and save for them, don't buy anything else, no one can really help you, you'll just have to learn to control yourself.

I can assure you that mods don't close topics like that, we close topics in this section in two cases. 1. we are completely sure that answer is complete. 2. when the author of the topic himself says that that problem is solved. If you think a moderator is closing topics while they aren't full answered or have any sort of complain about a moderators work, send it to @Yele.

If players don't like the map (doesn't suit there playing style, too high ranks etc), they have the right to exit the map, anyone can join or leave at there will, for whatever reason. You can't force players to stay in a game for a full round. Please post suggestions here: Ideas and Suggestions. This is for technical issues.

No, if you MU a parameter you will only get a small discount depending on the parameter, but if there is already a sale on the turret/hull, you wont get an extra discount. But, the new kit system will have a new discount system, so if you fully MU a parameter, you will get a discount for the kit.
