@TheCongoSpider All but the LCR part have been edited. Keep in mind that for LCR, the charge penalty was removed and not the reload time penalty.

Right, thanks for mentioning that. I updated the Augments page with the latest Patches, but not the page. It'll be taken care of soon.
  3. Because the overwhelming majority of Tanki's population likes either OP, easy-to-use, or popular stuff (maybe even all of the above). How so? It's the most powerful of the medium range turrets and the only other turret besides Shaft that will guaranteed kill a medium tank in one "swing". Sure, it takes a bit of practice, but I'd go so far as to say that without Overdrives, Striker beats out Gauss very easily. Even without any augments (which I like to go without every now and then), it is still more than capable of doing its job. The lock-on time is really not that huge and the reward for maintaining a lock is colossal damage which brings a heavy hull to its last breath. Its current position of not being stupid OP really helps due to the lack of modules against it, too. How is that an impediment? You can now peek from cover even easier and you'll know that you won't be damaging yourself in the process if you can pull it off fine. It functions similar to Railgun's peek-a-boo, but works so much better than in Railgun's case. The EMP Gauss won't be doing anything to me if I've already got a Cyclone lock on it. Doesn't matter if I don't have supplies, because I can just volley them into oblivion anyway because of the sheer size of my missile arsenal (there's a reason why Striker was the most spammed turret in Solo Juggernaut...). However, I will admit that the situation is less favourable for Uranium, and even less so for Hunter or RRE. Still, it's not impossible to win such a matchup if you just keep depleting the user's health. After all, you do have pretty much infinite Repair Kits (and your chance for survival will go up monumentally with an Owl module...). Striker is far from a toy against Gauss. Like I said, the Striker will almost always come out victorious on equal footing and without any Overdrives.

@Viking4s It's a work-in-progress feature - we're glad you enjoy it. Obviously we can't really think of anything suitable to do with the Adrenaline augments due to the damage increase being variable...but who knows, we might think of something later on.
  7. Simply because everyone loves Thunder, Gauss, and Magnum more, even though Striker is much more deadly than either one of these. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that Striker is much more powerful than any Gauss when mastered, even when up against EMP Gauss. Do you remember how hyped up it was upon release and how everyone wanted it in their garage? It's still as powerful as it was, especially with the lethality that is its augments.

    Thank you, Momma.

@Momma_Bear, I wish all the best to you in the next couple of years. Your service to this community was monumental, and I hope that you are properly recognized for all your work. Take care of yourself out there!

    Let's Discuss Thunder!

Wow, you really lucked out there. Stun Immunity on Dictator is the literal counter to Hunters - use it when you're in a squad and you with your friends get zapped and you'll come out on top every time without a doubt. It's also beyond incredible for DM gold events such as the Kolhoz one we had a while back, because you can wait for all the Hunters to use their EMPs and then spam your own OD, freezing them in place and allowing you to catch that gold very easily. As for Hunter, Heavyweight isn't bad, especially when you want to push people out of your way, like in golds. Heat Immunity on Viking, though... (Heat Immunity in general), that's OP.

    Let's Discuss Thunder!

For what hulls did you get the augments for? Also, you're much better off using some other protection than Rico. It's popular, but not to the point where it's overspammed.
  11. Funny how if we even touch Railgun, the XP/BP masses will scream out in agony, while when touching any other turret, they will be the ones clamoring for death.

    What Has Happened To Tanki?

I can attest to this - I get Aleksandrovsk, Barda, Brest, Bridges, Highways, Massacre, Osa, Wolfenstein, and Yorkshire very frequently, much to the point that I'm starting to hate them. This happens because of lag and is a common occurrence. A system could be made where every match has a countdown timer and that nothing will start until players click that they are ready to go, but I doubt this will be of a high priority. I'll admit that blowouts happen regularly, but I almost never join into an ongoing blowout. Sorry, but I can't agree with you there. Similarly to the previous one, I can't relate (at least not too often) that this kind of thing happens often. Agreed - coordinated groups should not be playing in the same matches as solo players as they will simply curb stomp the other team. Sadly, this can happen quite a bit..maybe a reason to keep the players in the battle regardless of the outcome is better? (looking at you TX Ranked) Ranked could quite literally eradicate this issue if it comes into existence. The mults will stay at lower leagues and hence not interrupt the gameplay of higher leagues, while the other players will take it seriously and put their heart into the fight.

What to buy? Which is better?

I see you're also a Generalissimo. I have two accounts at GIsmo and run into Legends 4 out of 5 matches. From what I've seen, Smoky protection is on the rise due to two factors: Autocannon and Incendiary Rounds. Each of these are being used to the point where they are becoming overspammed. Due to this, I recommend sticking to another turret, because Smoky is just too common nowadays. Also, it was scheduled to have a tracer fire change, just like Thunder and Vulcan, and was actually supposed to have the highest velocity at 500ms-1(excluding Striker). However, that has been delayed indefinitely for some reason, so there's no way of knowing when that'll take place. As for Thunder. It's fun but has even more protection modules against it. Sledgehammer is useful at close range but really drops off quick. So, what can I recommend to you? Throughout the last year or so, I've come to love four turrets that have flown under the radar at one point or another, and they are the following: Hammer, Vulcan, Striker, and Shaft. Each of these is excellent at their job and very versatile too, and I see you're already familiar with two of them. I wish I could recommend Vulcan to you...but I have to admit it's just not in a comfortable place right now. That leaves one contender: Striker, the ever-powerful king of medium range. It's powerful, accurate, and easy to learn..but not so simple to master. It's been flowing under the radar for quite some time now, and that's a good thing, as it likely won't be getting some huge buffs or nerfs anytime soon. I'd go so far as to say that it's the best turret without any augments (beside Gauss) because of its simple yet deadly lock-on feature as well as no range dropoff, which will deal more damage than even the most powerful long-range turrets, such as Shaft. But, if you want to make the experience different, then you're in for a treat, because Striker has really good augments for it. You can choose to: snap on to targets instantly and chip away from them at a distance literally double your lock-on damage so that you can take out heavy hulls and people with Striker protections easily increase your damage drastically while sacrificing some medium and long range accuracy render cover such as walls useless by gaining the ability to blow up your rockets manually or to just stay with the base version, which still performs beautifully. The possibilities are huge - not endless, but still huge. In the end, I'd hold off on upgrading your Smoky and would instead invest in Striker. As a result, Striker protection would be recommended but not compulsory. Also, I'd recommend you to let go of Viking and Titan and instead give Hunter or even Dictator a chance (with Striker, that is). They are both much much better for accurate turrets such as Striker and have much better Overdrives. Keep your Thunder close, though - you never know when it might come back to be OP again.

    How to rotate tank

I'm using a Mac and do not have this problem. All it comes down to is holding down on the mouse and and dragging.

Buff - Nerf - Buff another

I can tell you that RFM feels like it got silently nerfed firerate-wise - I can't spam as fast as I used to for certain. In that case, your assumption about Rail being tweaked silently would make sense. While I don't have any official confirmation, I'm assuming that this is what took place.
