I thought I'd come and check on this game a bit, seeing I hypothesized it's severity. I estimated that it'd be 30k numbers every two years, but we didn't even make 10k in the past two years (although we have another 3 months). ... 37 629

Very good writing @Destrod. I feel like I read a script of a TED Talk. But before I get to my personal comments on the piece, let me just quickly ramble off the mistakes. First off, and by far the biggest mistake you have is that you overuse commas. I remember this being a problem with me too, but, I, eventually, got over it. See, what I, did there? Besides that, there were not many other mistakes, just maybe a few run-on paragraphs, which you fix by randomly pressing the enter/return key on your keyboard twice anywhere in a long paragraph. Nevertheless, a very nice piece. I just want to hit on some points, not as a proofreader, just as a reader. It spiked a thought in my mind when you mentioned how just a couple of decades ago certain concepts were simply unfathomable to olden-day society, yet now they're long disregarded because of how simple they are, and how the cycle repeats; meaning that we're just as skeptical about future inventions. Just yesterday TED-Ed released a video about the End of History illusion, which I find fascinating. It pretty is what you describe; we believe history is for the most part over because we are limited by the things we see in front of us, we don't feel like anything will change in fifty years, at least not on such a large scale. However, if you go back fifty years and see how much we've grown since then, it's not like those changes were rational either. Go to tell a man living in the 1980s there will be screens on small metal pieces which you can touch and unlock with your face in 2020. He'll be just as skeptical as you are right now about a robot that builds houses. I also love how you take a shot at the depressed writer out there. A lot of the time this would seem like a depressed writer's piece because it talks about falling and not getting up and all that, but nicely done, you managed to not be depressing. And the final thought is, and this could also be seen as said by a proofreader, the outro was amazing. It's not easy to come up with an outro that recaps everything but still manages to not sound like you're just saying the same thing again. You managed to recap, but also reflect on the article. Nicey done.

Was it only one month I didn't write for? I thought it was a bit more. Anyways, the answer is I'm just busy and I have nothing, in particular, I'd like to write, and there's no point in squeezing out the little bits of juice I have from my head if they won't be any good. I'll write something when I think of something and when I have the time to put that thought on paper. I can't. That's the sort of thing I write at 3:00 AM, which was the approximate time I wrote that last night. xD

An amazing and very well thought out question, Golfinray. Allow me to attempt to answer your question with all the knowledge stuffs I have stored in my hard drive I call my brain. I know Destrod, the person in question, to some degree, and we can perhaps say it's a somewhat personal relationship. We can perhaps truthfully say that Destrod can maybe be brainwashed to a particular extent, but whatever the case, I highly doubt he would be brainwashed by the KGB. You see, I came to this conclusion by connecting a thread of perfectly logical facts. We'll start off by discussing the KGB. The KGB, short for Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti, which means Committee of State Security, was the main security agency behind the Soviet Union from 1954 from its opening all the way to its closure in 1991 when the Soviet Union had its downfall (source, Google, Wikipedia, etc.). Now, although it may seem logical at first to assume a moderator on a Russian built game could potentially be affiliated with the Soviet Union's security agency, seeing that Russia was part of the Soviet Union, upon further investigation, making such a claim, especially in common day society, would make close to no sense at all. For one, although Tanki Online Ltd. is built by a bunch of Russian no-lifers and is situated in Russia till this day and maintained by Russians, the English community has very little connection to those guys, and the helpers selected to run the English community are definitely not connected to any sort of Russian communicators. That being the case, it is therefore unlikely that Destrod, an English Forum Moderator in his candidacy state, has been brainwashed by the KGB, a solely Soviet based agency. Also, it'd be good to mention that Destrod is not of Russian nationality, which puts him even farther away from the possibility of being affiliated with the KGB, let alone brainwashed. Besides Destrod's little affiliation with Russians and Soviets, it might be useful to note that the Soviet Union no longer exists, publicly or privately. The Soviet Union fell back in 1991, well over twenty years ago, and along with its fall, the KGB. All the KGB's operations, plans and projects ended with its initial downfall, and therefore, for the KGB to obtain information about anyone and to attempt an operation where they would, after their downfall, brainwash said person is simply not possible. So, in conclusion, to answer your question, I'd say it is safe to assume that Destrod has not been brainwashed by the KGB. However, despite all that being said; anything's possible.

I was at the gas station with some friends the other day and stumbled upon this notice sign. So, because the AC was broken, it's is unfortunately impossible to sell chocolate bars.
